Thank you Maureen. How do I go about finding a vocational school for practical nursing? Also, language schools in Switzerland. I'd prefer a vocational nursing school with provision for language training too.

Hello. Before you apply for nursing school here you have to meet the language requirements. They do not mix language training with nursing. However, some hospitals offer language courses with focus to the medical field. This would be the best option for you. Are you looking into studying nursing or already have a degree in nursing? The nursing training in Switzerland is a bit different from Germany. Here you can train while working but only if you already have a lower nursing qualification or ASSC and would like to upgrade to nursing. Both have different durations and you have to find a hospital that will cater for the practicals as they teach you the theory bit. It’s a bit complicated and so I will make a clearer video on it.

Hello, watched most of your videos and found lots of helpful tips and advice.
I’m a Nigerian looking to study BSC nursing in Geneva, with little knowledge of French, will it be possible?

Hello. Thank you. French is the main language of study in Geneva. So you have to work on your French.

Welcome 🤗. No age limit. Just need to know that as we advance in age we become more expensive. Now imagine you are an employer 🧐

@@adelaidetawiah no. However if you have been working in Switzerland and paying unemployment benefits then they can chip in in case of an employment to help you be able to get a job. Refugees are also paid for but it has to be paid. You can ask to pay in instalments.
