    Nice Pavan. These points are very important. I have seen many candidates, do not read complete offer letter. Some of them not even discuss with HR about Location, work timings and critical policies.
    Apart from Salary, we should know something more about companies.

    Bro currently im working for US based startup from india they hired me from naukari but my payroll company is Husys Consulting Rgarding Salary there is no issue i can also see its a public listed company runs payroll globally My issue is im working on Embedded Software Since my payroll Company is not so popular with these kind of designations many recruiters are asking about my PF and bank statement will there be any issue if i continue for 2 more years.

      If you switch companies, if you provide a valid experience certificate, then there will not be a problem

    Hi Sir, I have total 6.5 years of experience into SAP FI+ DRC. I switched 5 companies including current company. Currently I’m working with EY GDS as Tax Senior and I have joined in Aug 2023. My package is 14.5 LPA and also here no projects since from Joining. My skills are into DRC Document reporting and compliance. Recently I have got offer from CTS(Cognizant) for DRC position they offering 24LPA+ 1 lakh Joining bonus. Still I’m in dilemma to take a final decision because of CTS policies. Can you please suggest me or guide me.
    Experience: career started in 2017
    1st company : 17 months experience
    2nd company: 27 months
    3rd company: 4 months
    4th company: 17 months
    5th company : near to 1 year

      @@ramanm9072 - Your career is not stable. I don't know, how old are you. But, I would suggest to stay more than 3yrs in CTS. Keep in mind, new CTS CEO is trying to bring good business for their organization in next 5yrs. Work culture is very challenging as in Indian MNCs. You may face regional problems (especially from our Tamil friends). Be smart and work happily. All the best!
