    When team leads and managers consistently do not respond to their team members and frequently claim to be busy, it can be frustrating and demoralizing. There are several potential reasons for this behavior:
    Overwhelming Workload: They might genuinely be overwhelmed with their responsibilities and unable to manage their time effectively.
    Poor Communication Skills: Some managers may lack effective communication skills or may not prioritize communication with their team.
    Avoidance: They might be avoiding certain topics or decisions, possibly due to uncertainty or discomfort.
    Lack of Organizational Skills: They may struggle with organizing their tasks and managing priorities, leading to delays in communication.
    Intentional Neglect: In some cases, it could be a sign of poor management or a lack of respect for their team members' needs and concerns.
    How to Deal with These Types of Bosses
    Schedule Regular Meetings: Propose regular check-ins or meetings to ensure you have dedicated time to discuss important matters.
    Be Clear and Concise: When you do get their attention, be clear and concise in your communication. Highlight the key points and what you need from them.
    Prioritize Issues: Identify the most critical issues that need immediate attention and focus on those in your communications.
    Use Multiple Channels: If one mode of communication (e.g., email) is not effective, try other methods like phone calls, instant messaging, or face-to-face meetings.
    Escalate When Necessary: If your attempts to communicate are consistently ignored and it impacts your work, consider escalating the issue to higher management or HR.
    Document Everything: Keep a record of your communications and attempts to get in touch. This can be useful if you need to escalate the issue.
    Seek Feedback: Ask for feedback on your approach and see if there’s anything you can do differently to improve the situation.
    Build Relationships: Try to build a rapport with your manager outside of immediate work concerns. This can sometimes improve overall communication.
    Be Patient but Persistent: Sometimes it takes time to see improvement, so remain patient but continue to follow up as needed.
    Consider Alternatives: If the lack of communication severely impacts your ability to do your job and no improvements are made, you may need to consider looking for a different team or role within the organization.

    Survival the fittest.
    Mostly either prestige issue or ego issue in sending the talent upwards.
    In future, AI will take care of these type of issues.

    Sir meeru cheppindi correct but oka point aithe agree cheyanu. ye manager 18 hours work cheyadu. India lo unna most of the manager are just puppets of senior management. Most of the toxic environments ki middle management is the problem.

    Basically unfortunately we are trying to discuss compromised survival behaviour of typical Service based companies of their personal culture and minset issues but this becomes lot of self respect compromise 😢 and this kind of thinking is not going to build real TEAM and open broad mindset. The people who are trying to show their personal culture mindset issues which will give greater team results and lead successful organization
