Logan and Sydney's story has taught me about Cri Du Chat syndrome. I didn't know about it. They are lovely young women and Terry and Stacy, you are phenomenal parents. Your children are so blessed to have you as mom and dad ♥ ♥ God Bless!
Their parents clearly adore them and they are happy women who love each other, too Cri du chat comes with plenty of struggles, but those with it can often live long, happy and fulfilling lives if they are supported and loved
Hello. Please reach out to me. I am the Executive Director of the 5p- Society the support group for Cri du Chat syndrome. Would love to reach out to the parents. I have a 36 year old daughter with the syndrome.
Poor parents! They got a lifetime sentence. It was better when severely impacted children were taken care of in a residential center/facility. Most parents grow reliant on school being a babysitter ages 3 to 21. This dad can escape in his work travel but the poor mom is really stuck. They need to find a group home because the parents are getting older and one day may be unable to care for them.
@Happy Cook what an utterly disgusting, horrible thing to say. Parenthood, regardless of a childs ability or disability, is for life, but it is not a life sentence. I have 2 wonderful adult children living their best lives. They are both highly intelligent, hard working, functional, contributing members of society. But, I will always be their mother. I will always worry about them, their health, lives, jobs and more. Being a parent does not end when your child becomes a legal adult and leaves home. These parents love their beautiful twin girls. The love in their words, eyes and faces when they look at and speak to or about their girls is palpable. You have absolutely no right to spew your vile rhetoric into the lives of others. Those residential facilities were no place for any human, let alone a child. Residents in these facilities were subjected to unnecessary medication to keep them quiet and manageable, physical and sexual abuse, isolation, loneliness, lack of any form of stimulation, Electroconvulsive Therapy and corporal punishment. Shame on you for passing judgement on others and saying such unnecessary, uneducated, and unpleasant things.
I'm sure they have plans for after they're gone. it's disgusting to say they should have been locked away in some care home as babies and lived a life where they would get essentially nothing. no true care, no stimulation, nothing. that's what they did to anyone impacted by any disorder like this back then, these ladies got the best option getting to stay with their parents and get the proper care they need. this syndrome is mostly a spontaneous chromosome deletion and there isnt much to do to prevent , theyre giving the girls the best life they can for something nobody had any fault in.
Your attitude is why 1: you should never risk having children and 2: I keep my 2 adult children with special needs at home being cared for by their father and myself along with extended family. You are heartless
You can tell Dad loves the heck out of them!
These parents are amazing - twins with this condition would require immense amounts of care and attention. 👏👏👏

So beautiful, wow 💙
These poor parents.
Why?
We should start to appreciate that and give some money for. Thank you, Orange.
There smiles are adorable ❤
Drinking alcohol while pregnant can result in fetal alcohol spectrum disorders. The most severe is fetal alcohol syndrome
This syndrome has NOTHING to do with alcohol!!
This is not fetal alcohol syndrome. Alcohol has nothing to do with it. MY GOSH😭😭
Omg, please delete your ignorant statement! This syndrome has nothing to do with Fetal Alcohol Syndrome.
What does this have to do with Cri Du Chat?
Probably drinking as you make such a dumb comment.
The mom can't even look at them😂😂😂😂
Not to mention how many of us want our children to be home but they have their own lives. The best of both worlds ❤️🙏
This is sweet😊
I would love to be their friend
Rendon Dennis Vlogs sir ohh dagko na gni sila na same case ni amiro❤
There's nothing wrong with them, they're perfect creations of God.
Than married them🥴
Perfect creation? sorry I know you mean well, but don’t spread falsehood to hide harshness of life.
Until you are responsible for their 24/7 care that is.
True ! And their handicapped daughters are cool somehow, too.
