i had no idea that you were on oxygen and in a wheelchair, but its great to know that you still remain positive. unfortunately I have to dwell in my wheelchair as well, so good to know i can relate to somebody. :-)

I use a wheelchair as well. I’m wheelchair-bound permanently. Great to be able to relate to someone relating to someone else I relate to. Phew that’s a mouthful.

I never new you were in a wheel chair, I myself am not in a wheelchair but I am 15 and I have had so many surgeries. I've had my appendix burst and removed, and I don't have my gobladder , I have none of my own kidneys, I have one of my brothers. I cant live by myself because I have blood problems, and it is amazing seeing some one so successful with a disability you are inspiring.

I turned thirteen two months ago. Four months before that, I got a serious concussion when a jump rope holder at my school made of PVC pipe collapsed on my head. I suffered from Post Concussion Syndrome until now, though it’s slowly been getting better. Constant doctor appointments, wearing headphones everywhere - including school - because I couldn’t bear any sort of noise. I was scared to leave the house without headphones. No PE because exercising gave me so much pain. I couldn’t play my violin anymore after getting my dream position in the school orchestra. I couldn’t take tests because of stress. On top of that, I’d just moved this school year, and not three months after I began attending the pipe came down. Before quarantine I was going to PT because it knocked my head off alignment with my neck. It weakened my dominant right hand and weakened it for months (still hasn’t gotten better) and revealed a rare nerve condition (HNPP) that’ll affect me for the rest of my life. Yet I got lucky. No visible brain damage. Nothing can go near my head and I still can’t bear an excessive amount of light or noise. I am lucky. Quarantine and the absence of noise light, and simulation is slowly healing me. I can listen to a minute or so of violin music without terrible pain. People talking doesn’t make me slam my hands into my ears out of need for protection. I discovered Scar a month ago, and I believe he’s sped my healing. Though Scar has it far worse than I, he is a role model for people like me, with short and long term medical stuff to deal with. He makes me smile just when I hear his intro and outro. You’ll never read this, Scar, but thanks. Thanks for being positive. Thanks for helping me, Scar. Thanks for healing me.

I got a concussion back in late January 2020 and am still recovering from the killer headaches. It sucks and that’s all I can really say.

Actually, yeah! Well I used to, before the accident. But I would watch a TON of TwoSet whenever a new video came out or I was bored. Huge fan of them! I was crushed when I couldn’t see Brett’s Tchaikovsky drop.

Hey scar got this recommended to me in 2020, and I hope you're trying to isolate as much as possible. Especially for people with weakened immune systems, we gotta stay as safe as possible. love all your work, and I want you around for as long as possible

Even he has a lot of pain, is on oxygen, and sits in a wheelchair, he's definitely one of the most happy youtuber I've seen!
Scar, my dude, I just gotta say: You're quite inspiring. I'm not super well, myself, but I don't want to let that hold me back. Physical limitation doesn't effect me like it does you, but rather, in other ways. You remind me of...me. (With the MC, Disney, Star Wars, Legos, etc.) I never really let go of things I loved as a child. I don't really ever stop playing Minecraft and have some pretty cool stuff to share with the world. I do believe I'll be doing that, despite my self-consciousness and potato computer. Thanks for sharing your thoughts and your story. I wish you nothing but the best. ^.^

@@HarriWasHere No, it's Deviated Nasal Septum. Can only be cured with surgery, which is what I'm trying to avoid. I also have really large adenoids, which add to my breathing troubles. It's torture when I get sick, it's really hard to breathe then. I don't mind you asking! I'm currently taking medications to shrink my adenoids, they're helping! ;)

Scar, there's a lot going through my head on what I could say, but it all boils down to this: thank you for being one more source of positivity in my life. I'm on what appears to be the home stretch of what now appears to be post-concussion syndrome. It's been at least a decade of failed solutions and physically not being able to enjoy things, so it gets incredibly hard to be positive - let alone stay positive. Your videos help, and I can't understate how much I appreciate that. So, again, thank you.
I don’t know if you’ll see this, but my mom found your channel years ago when I first started Minecraft and I was obsessed with you and watched you all the time, until I got out of Minecraft and kind of forgot about it, but recently I got into it again and the first thing I thought of was your cat and you, so I came to see if you still upload and I’m so happy you still do! Gonna try to make house with your tutorials now 😂😂

Lol same I loved Minecraft when I was about 10, and I had just found Scar on youtube. I had built the house he built on Scarland, and then I kind of forgot about him and Minecraft. Now, I am 13 and I just got back into playing Minecraft and I remembered Scar because I saw the house. Now, I watch him all the time and also play Minecraft alot.

Great video, Scar! Regarding the technical side of the server, you could have moderators who would deal with all that for you. That will take a lot of the pressure off your back.

my medical problems are nowhere near as severe, but i constantly feel like i’m not able to live my life. seeing Scar, who also went through medical problems at the same time period in his life as i am right now makes me feel so much hope and motivation. i love Scar so much and he paints and has friends and does everything i want to be able to do. Scar you are my hero, i want to do what you do and you inspire me to keep going!

Love your positivity and motivation. I became disabled last year and fight my depression everyday. But it’s hard, I’ve lost most feeling in my hands and legs. Keep up the positive additute for the rest of us.

As a person with hypermobility (I'm super flexible but have bad joints and I get stiff very easily) and hypersensitivity (super sensitive skin) it's amazing to see a TH-camr who not only overcomes their disability but doesn't let it darken their lives. Thank you for being amazing Scar :D

I’ve always wanted to be a TH-camr but I never knew how to make vids or what I wanted to do, but during hermitcraft (I used to watch Grian) I loved the fact that you just became a wizard, so I started watching your videos I love your personality and it’s inspired me to make videos with that type of energy. Scar i love your videos and i just wanted to say thank you. My younger cousin recently passed away due to myasthenia gravis disease. He loved playing and getting into minecraft when he discovered your channel. Your videos always brought a smile to him. You inspired him to make some crazy awesome builds on minecraft and keep him going strong. Unfortanitely he lost the strength to use his arms and was unable to play but we would always watch your videos together always laughing and having a good time. I just wanted to thank you for bringing enjoy to my little cousin. He was pretty depressed until he found you and got into minecraft. You really are a truely awesome person for staying positive and spreading that positivity to many people.

My own medical history isn't as jarring, but I am going through a tough time with my dad suffering multiple strokes and like so many others I can only say that you provide such uplifting entertainment and distraction from the bad in this world. You are a great TH-camr. Having to deal with the disease and be on oxygen without letting it get to you gives hope to everyone. I am disabled myself (not physically) and you always give me the hope to finish school and start work in computer programming.

If I didn't know much about scar, I would not guess that he had this disease. In all of his videos he's so positive, and it always feels like he's smiling. Scar is such an inspirational person. Even with all the bad things in life, he just looks over them and smiles through. I doubt anyone will see this, but if you do take inspiration from scar, I'm sure it will improve your life in many ways. :)
Edit: I love how when he talks about everything that he can't do, he talks about it in the mindset that it's going to happen someday. I just love how optimistic he is.
