I was looking at a Black QX70 S while I was having my G37 IPL serviced. I immediately fell in love with the purple stitching. While my red interior is nice, the black with purple stitching is much easier on the eyes imo. I also loved the fact it has Sport seats
Please explain how paddle shifters on the steering column instead of the steering wheel are an upgrade. You will have to constantly change your hand position to hunt for the shifters relative to the position of the steering wheel.
They are good for a track. They are like that om the FordGT. I personally dont like them but I suppose they have advantages of the wheel is turned 180degrees quickly you wont loose track of your shifters.
For the $60K a loaded one costs, there are things like XC90, X5, Q7, etc, that have more utility and passenger space, and for some, the badge is better on those. These are an old design but still hold their own in most ways.
+pedrof830 Like what?? I own this car and nothing comes close to it as far as driving fun and the quality and I still get so many complement on the looks. This design been around for more than a decade but still a head turner while everything else is just blend and boring!
+pedrof830 Very few comparable vehicles exist. I spent years on the expressways and saw countless SUV rollovers and crazy braking and emergency maneuvers. Few crossovers really handle. And those that do are expensive as hell or quite small. BMW X3, Volvo XC60 R design, Porsche Macan, some versions of Cayenne, RR sport, not a whole lot else that isn't small, slow, or not very luxurious.
Maybe there are, but all start with $85000, so get on the ground and try to find something with QXs price range, nothing out there! This car is the shit, I had 2008, now I have 2010 and most likely this weekend I'm getting 2017, last year of it. There is nothing out there that could beat this car, period.
He didn't elaborate much on the driving composure. The ultra stiff suspension will rattle your teeth out on roads that are not glassy smooth. Tries to be a sports car, but it's about 2,000 lbs too heavy, which you'll feel in the turns, and the ride is too bumpy to be a luxury SUV.
@@riddimriders Absolutely worth it. I have owned my QX70 since it was firs released and truly love it. Plenty of room for 4 passengers, sleek styling makes it stand out and have had pretty flawless operations. I did have to replace a headlight bulb a month ago, but other than that, regular maintenance has done the job. It also has surprisingly high resale and trade in value. This may also be due to the low miles of 36K. However, I have also owned a 2005 G35 Coupe and my spouses 2016 QX50. We are trading in the 2016 OX50 for the 2021 QX50. It looks like we will be getting about 50% of the value for what we purchased the car for new. My G35 was almost 10 yrs old and commanded about 60% of sales price when I purchased it new when I traded it in for my QX70.

It's because you're supposed to return your hands back to 9 and 3 after turning the wheel.

I like it, but I dont see very many of these on the road at all, there must be a reason for that...?

Reason is that many people are not as rich as you and this car is not so cheap
Where do i get engine parts for this vehicle
Just curious is there a difference between the Qx70 and Qx 70s?
Of course. Read your comment.
