My GCSE and A Level English teacher told us to keep in mind a three point template when approaching a text as an analysis design. What is the writer saying? Why is the writer saying it? How is the writer saying it? She said that the final point is where the deeper analysis occurs because you explain the technical ways and artistic and deeper questions of language, structure, prose and poetry and art. I find that helpful still
1:02 what is the literal meaning? 1:53 Observer. 3:08 diction 5:57 analogies 8:57 allusions 12:46 Categorise and theorise 15:56 which theory has the most evidence?
What a great video! You explain so, so well ❤Also putting a picture of the page you are reading helps so we can read along with you. Beautiful video. thanks.
