+Vince Von Doom I wanted to use clips that lead to a goal, it just happened that every time I deked the defense and lead to a goal... it was a One T lol. It 'IS' by FAR the best way to score in this game... but just wait for the How to Score video for that :)

Really good video, Bacon. The in-game explanations aren't THAT great, and I'm more keen to visual learning, so this really helped.
The jumping deke is actually useful if you use it at the right time. I usually use it when splitting the defense which makes it really hard for the, to get the puck. The deke also draws some penalties if the defense is trying to poke check you :)

Bacon, you missed 2 new ones. Fake toe drag and fake stride deke. Both are done by doing a 45 degree cut to the same side the puck STARTS on while doing the RS motion for the deke.
i wish they'd bring back the deke where you can hold the puck out with one hand and windmill scrubs.
Do and EASHL series where you play with some fans. you create a team and then chose people from youtube and then add them to the team. then leave that team. so people can find a club if they decide to stick tougher

The jump deke works as a change of pace. You'd be surprised how much people miss that.

You missed one. If you do L1 and the windmill but with I think it's a tap you do like a bigger windmill.

i have to change my whole game up, my old go to deke doesn't work anymore. the stride and drag dekes used to be easy to do, they seem a lot harder now
dekes and the controls were still better in nhl09, i want the one hander back, spinorama isn't as effective this year either.
how do you change where youre positioning the puck without turning around?

It's pretty funny how people used to bitch about "hot spot" glitch goals. I just upgraded from 360 nhl15 and am noticing there are hardly any more hot spots, but it seems like cross crease is easy, which makes sense that all your in-game goals are cross crease. Definitely makes the game less fun, bring back the hot spots so I don't have to cross crease to win!!!!

I have seen an off the skate deke , where the player hits it on the outside of his skate. It's different than the off the Skate you showed. Do you know how to do it ?

I can barely get the between the legs to work. the puck is dragged behind the player and when I press L1/LB it doesn't work.
Hey bacon! Got a question for you. Me and a buddy of mine has been rivals at nhl for like 15 years or so. Hes been exploiting bugs in every game but ive always found a way to counter him. This year tho he keeps dodgin my D-line from the wing and going Straight into the Middle for a wrister that always find its way to the top of the goal. In previous editions of the franchise ive had no problem handling that type of gameplay but this year he always get by me 2/3 times. Any thoughts on how to handle this ?? Peace

Not sure if it's actually a separate deke, but I playing around in practice mode and I was using the through the legs deke and I somehow pulled off another deke where you put it through your legs but off the inside of your skate....I couldn't figure out how to do it again though :/

There was one I did a few times, but I don't know how to replicate it. Its like a through the legs deke but instead of just pulling it straight through, you hit it off of your skate and then up to your stick. Anyone know how to do this one?
