Can you still do the michigan on skill stick? Ive been tryin to hit it but everytime my player wont pick up the puck, id rather not use 1 button to make it too easy

Hey buddy, nice video but the Windmill Deke and the Stride Deke are different dekes. If you are skating while doing it, the stick will cross sides which is of course a windmill deke. But if you do the same exact thing while gliding, you will get a stride deke. Which I personally think is way better and not used enough. But I promise you, when you do a stride deke, your stick stays on the right, and you do a "stride". Easier to shoot out of, it's kind of like doing the toe doe drag while gliding, it kind of turns into a stride deke, with a toe drag. Try simply gliding and doing your windmill and see what happens.

i do the datsyuk with r3 and down. same thing, added fakeshot. michigans from skill stick are very doable too lol. i mean i've done it at least 500 times in eashl.
Then why do your stats say you've only done it three times instead of 500?

Can you show us how to do 1 Elim matches? That is by far the hardest gamemode to play in.

Y you can go between the legs deke on skill stick 100%. Its still L1/LB then R3/RS(in)

i do have a question i saw you sending the puck on your stick left and right pretty fast in between deeks and stuff how do i do that? just keep the puck on the stick but swing my stick left and right? im new to chel lol
Yeah, just move your right stick left and right on your controller. It'll make your player stick handle quickly
No, that doesn’t work. Are you pressing the analog stick down? Do you need to be in a spr8nt? Does it need to be both analog stocks in motion?
I agree. Evenbwith puck on a strinf and 99 deke my guy goes SO SLOW compared to my opponets. If you click left stick in to protect puck you get one fast move but not the constant back n forth like i see others do@AwakenedFromWoke

90% of these didn’t work for me in free mode what am I doing wrong
Why when I’m on a break away or infront of the net, I try forehand backhand does it shot fake? It used to be clicking r3. It happens frequently and I’m not clicking the joystick. Thanks
Shot fake is r1/rb and click left stick at same time I believe
New we just need a video on how to best beat each of these int/adv dekes.

I know how to puck control with the right stick but I will play against players who do it so much faster and they can move there stick so much further out… anyone know what i’m missing??
Can i using this skills on hybrid settings on joystick? Or I must have skill mode on joystick?
I'm confused. Are you asking can you use the joystick on hybrid controls? Or are you asking if you have to have skill stick controls on to use the joystick?

@Damian-we2fu yes, most of them work, the only ones that do not work on hybrid are the face button dekes. The ones that are part of the total controls system

Do the skills stick dekes work on total control or do I have to switch back to skill stick because I can't do it the stick handling dekes at all
Pretty much all the skill stick dekes should work with total controls on still. There's only a handful of dekes that change with the controller layouts
How do you just do the basic I guess it's a stick deke but when the guy's body moves side to side with the puck you know the goal that everybody scores on and eliminator ones and threes because when I try to go left right left right he stick handles side to side but that's it his body doesn't move but when the other guys come in on a breakaway and they slide side to side their entire body with the puck and then they score every time my guy doesn't do that do I need to raise my agility or do I need a different boost added on ? I got like 96 speed but still I can't juke back and forth it's the move that all the top players do to score all the goals and there's no video about it do I have to use both sticks at the same time? I wish I could post a video clip and show you what I'm talking about but hopefully you understand thank you

They usually go side to side side to side and then the score backhand and they do this move skating fast or slow with the beauty backhand boost but even if I add that it still doesn't work for me .
Move your skater as well. You're waiting to see the goalie bite then you move back and shoot

He missed this one and the behind the back deke. I use both of them often and it’s only on skill stick.

I think this tut is very outdated because I can do the Michigan and the between the legs on skill stick ;-;
I'm really confused, I'm trying to just stick handle left and right fast for win my 1v1 against goalies but I'm way too slow or something I'm missing, I'm playing full control and I tried to move R joystick left right but it's a simple move that doesn't feint anyone

I hate the Total Control, it dumbs down the game as i knew it. Coming in on breakaways feels like shit
You’re right, they should give speed boost abilities to certain players and fly down the ice in breakaways

And back in the day, pre 16, you pick and upgrade your own OTP & league stats. Put everything into speed and control, make your guy small
