Same. Whenever I see people playing this game in arcade, I can see all of them getting wrecked and then quit the game. It's just literally impossible to avoid taking damage, let alone get to the boss without a continue.

Here's something around 53:18 I never thought I would see: The Batmobile from 'Batman Returns' & the mid-1989 'Batman' working as a cohesive unit with the Batmobile from 'Batman & Robin'.
I didn't think I would ever see the Batmobile from 'Batman & Robin' alongside the Batmobile from 'Batman Forever'... Around 22:34, it finally happened.
This was one of the greatest masterpieces ever. The game was amazingly high quality for an arcade game, the designs looked like they beat the PS4, and the game was looking fast like Sonic while also fighting. This game was literally the perfect 10/10. Also, nice playthrough that you and Mark did by the way.

Can you imagine being one of the bad guys around 26:17 saying "IT'S BATMAN!..." & seeing 2 Batmobiles chasing after you?... At that point, I'd be like "Screw this!...".

I actually don't see anything related to difficulty in the test menu. There is a game time adjust feature, but at a glance, I didn't notice that doing anything, so maybe it's related to something like the Catwoman stages, which have a timer. I have seen some arcade games, such as Terminator 2, with a minimum play time setting, but I don't think that's what this has.
Does the Batmobile from 'Batman & Robin' have a cover over the cock-pit?... I can't tell. I know it was exposed in the movie, but, I'm not sure about this arcade game, though.
I haven't seen a linked cabinet in person before, but they are out there. The answer to your question is that both players are Batman. No Robin needed this time.
I played this on PC with the program TeknoParrot. I likely couldn't get permission to film at an arcade, and recording two separate cabinets at the same time would require more hardware than I have. If you just want to play single player, it really isn't complicated to set up this game with TeknoParrot. Two player is pretty easy too.

I believe you just need to set multiplayer link enabled, and then start up both copies of the game at around the same time.

@@arronmunroe Also I'm not sure about this but the last time I played the arcade game, there was this annoying problem where my vehicle would get something called "Guns Jammed" and the guns would not be fixed even after the level was over meaning I would have to lose all my hp if I wanted to win. If it helps, this happened in the two player mode and I was using the Batmobile from the Batman and Robin movie.

@@arronmunroe It wouldn't really work. The tecknoParrot UI always enters fullscreen and the game becomes unplayable if you try to exit the full screen maybe I should use an external keyboard or use a different computer. How do you get 2 player to work on tecknoParrot?

@@arronmunroe Guess what? Wartran Troopers and the long-awaited House of the Dead Scarlet Dawn are finally emulated and playable through Teknoparrot. Now is finally the chance you do House of the Dead Scarlet Dawn arcade 2 player and Wartran Troopers arcade 4 player. The arcade version of House of the Dead 4 Special was also emulated in Teknoparrot, but you don't have to do it, since you already done your playthrough with HOTD4SP.
I do have the game, but have barely played it so far. I'm sure I will make a video someday, although I will probably make another video of Toadstool Tour before then.

Wish this game had more Bat-Villains like Two-Face, Penguin, Riddler, and so on Cause it feels too short.
Penguin is already in it. But Two-Face and The Riddler would've been good too
