The Bears also had Wilbur Marshall sitting on the bench, it was his rookie season and he was mostly special teams. When Al Harris held out the next year Marshall became a star, at least for one year.

22:33 is brutal. Tough to watch, knowing what we know about head trauma now. Tom Brady wouldn't have lasted 10 years in this era, I'll tell you that.

I am a Patriot fan but nobody beats the 1985 Bears, Sweetness or Jim Mcmahon. We do not have pro sports in Oregon and bsktball does not count. So good to see what I missed in my youth with too much alchol and time on my hands. Better to be 60 and know how good these guys were and how well the camera systems worked compared to non-profess. camera work now days.....

It’s amazing that the Chicago Parks District could see fit to make sure the turf was dry.

You really had to feel bad for Archie Manning. Plainly talented, yet every team he played for had useless offensive lines

13:00 three sacks in a row for the Bears, final hit by Todd Bell, a linebacker dressed up like a defensive back.

Imagine how good the 85 Bears D would have been if Bell and Harris hadplayed?

There's just something about watching the Bears defeat division rivals that always brings a smile to my face.

This had to be Archie Manning 's worst game of his career.

A few of Manning's sacks were due to bad snaps. That one or two second extra needed for reaction makes all the difference in the world.

    What a defense!
But that Turf looks so bad, like someone peed on the carpet.

    What injuries did Archie suffer?......concussion?

wow--that sack of manning some time between 44-45 minutes, was brutal. Have to wonder when the Vikings will throw in the towel and just call running plays.
Wait, I have to eat my words as Wilson comes in lights up the Bears secondary. You gotta come to play.

Bears beat Minnesota 16-6 here in 2019 in a similar defensive showdown. Cousins is no Archie Manning though
