4. சந்தேகம் கேட்கும் மாணவர்களை அடக்குமுறையால் அடக்கி, மதிப்பெண்களை குறைக்க கூடாது.
5. மாணவர்களை கட்டாயபடுத்தி கல்லூரிகளில் உணவு உண்ண வைத்து பெரும் இலாபம் பார்க்க கூடாது.
6. மனப்பாடம் செய்து படிக்கும் முறையை முற்றிலும். தவிர்க்க வேண்டும்.
7. Infrastructure ஐயும் placement offer களையும் காட்டி பெற்றோரை ஏமாற்ற கூடாது.

Awareness within students and parents are pathetic in rural areas. This is applicable even in arts colleges. Sad part is, govt colleges also resort to this and lure/ force students to join courses which does not get enough patronage.
A holistic approach linking employment, Skills demand no. seats in courses needs to be worked out every 5 year, 2 years and every year before admissions.
What is the use of all students studying in leading colleges - any student who got 199 is given free seats - diversified admissions should happen , because all need not come to coimbatore or chennai to study.
