    Very interesting. However, having bare ground is not ecological and when summer temps reach up to 40 degrees the soil bakes. On a slope there is increased risk of soil lost during rain. . Cultivation damages soil life and emits CO2. Bordeaux mixture used by organic winegrowers is copper sulphate. Copper accumulates in the soil. It's imperative our dependence on agrochemicals must be put into reverse. What is the potential for integrating sheep grazing in vineyards to reduce dependence on cultivation and agrochems? just asking the questions!!

    there's nothing unsettling! it's like comparing white sandwich bread to sourdough, supermarket branded mozzarella to bufalo mozzarella, chicken nuggets to real chicken brest... one is real the other isn't
