It's software, You can google "video in video app or software.. Short name called " PIP" just google that

I've created a text to video, when I click 'Proceed' I'm not asked about templates and can't see any options of where to find them. I don't have the story board menu that shows 'visuals, music, styles', etc.
Their support has been challenging and no phone # to reach them.

Pictory requires input of credit card before you start using for free. Are there any alternatives that will not require you to do this?
To create a five minute video, it loads Lots of short clips it can be a little mess.
Can I set the clip scene duration to 1 minute lengths?
It's s more easy for me to work with five clips each is 1 Minute, instead of 20 short clips ......

you jump from proceed to choosing a template-doesn't make sense. This video is very jumpy-seems it has been updated from an old video,,,
