Been using them since early beta and it's been getting insane, my live action Lion-O from the Thundercats came out fire, I've made a few shorts myself, while I fully endorsed Runway it's kinda hard to ignore the quality and coherence of Pika, but looks like gen 1 and 2 are getting better too. At any rate awesome video thanks for sharing!

How do you make a video longer after uploading the last frame. Their instructions confused me on the actual prompt with the seedswitch.
@@Darksagan I usually copy and paste the seed into the new prompt with -seed into the prompt or --seed I wanna say, but I haven't been it since I use the shorter cuts and edit them together. I someone seldomly use the longer cuts

Amazing video. These AI tools are getting so crazy, that if you don't use them to your own advantage you will be left so far behind everyone else. To be fair I think it is really great for content creators (especially if you use it in combination with Famester, did you try that one?). Create content, make it go viral immediately, I like it to be honest with you.

I think this is around the quality of Dalle-2 at launch. It will get better (as we’re already seeing) but I suspect progress will be slower than image generation. Having said that I wouldn’t be surprised if in two years we can generate basically any videos we want.

Thanks for all the hard work you have done in researching all the possibilities with this but, you talked about everything except in my mind the most important things, and that is, what about the *watermark?* Maybe we would like to remove that, through payment of course and also a time duration of _3 seconds?_ At least minute would be nice.

Nice. Runway came out with image prompting like two days after I posted this. Just started testing it out, both have their strengths and weaknesses for sure
@@futurepedia_io Runwau has it's moments_ sometimes things are very animated_ other times they act as a "still" and the camera pans around the figure. Still playing with it_ just published a video with many space scenes_ Runway does space very well n_n

I found it in storyblocks. Couldn’t key out the black well for some reason so I added masks to it. Was pretty stoked on it though.

It's amazingly cool looking BUT if the future of artistic creation is increasingly "in the box" like this, I'd imagine that the credited "artist"might as well be AI itself. I would say that the prompter is not the artist unless they are changing the output of the AI in some significant ways.
We should enjoy the weirdness of current AI video models. It's a unique time we will never see again because in a couple of years that weirdness will be "Improved". Maybe someone will create a setting that reverts back to these old models to give us those quirky videos.

@@futurepedia_io Too many group invites (I'm a music creator) so when I open it up, there's too many notifications, for me. I hope there's a Pika version that moves away from that and goes completely browser based Leonardo style. :)
Ah, gotcha. There’s a couple tricks I use to help with that.
Biggest one is creating folders for different categories (just drag one server onto another to create a folder). So I have a dedicated folder with only ai tools. For some other categories I have the folders organized by importance. So the ones I don’t care about any notifications I can just right click (long hold on a phone) and mark them all as read.
I also adjust the notification settings, for overall notifications, but also within each server.
But yeah, having a web version would be nice, haha. But I’d still be in discord for the community aspect and all the supports chats, feedback, etc.

Is it possible to use the same character's images for different scenes I mean if you make a video with a proper story the you would want to show the same tiger in every scene but in different scenes the same tiger may be doing different stuff.

People saying, "I'm gonna make a lot of money with this tech cause now look at all the cool stuff I can make with text prompts". The tech is impressive but good luck with that because everyone else will be using it too. It is cool today and will glut the online world with imagery and therefore devalue all of it.

No, people can still see them if they search for them, just makes it easier to stay organized. There is a hide command that will hide your prompt if you want to use that

Imagine this: we currently have image-to-video and I’m sure soon we’ll be able to do video-to-video. That means we can create AI videos now, and when the tools improve over the next months/years we’ll be able to feed those videos into the next-generation AI video creation tools. Essentially you can use current generation video tools like Pika to make video storyboards, and then feed those video storyboards into really advanced tools in a year or so. So even if the current tools aren’t ideal quality yet, they are still very helpful for planning future projects. If you create basic videos now you may be making near Hollywood-quality versions of them very soon and easily!
I know Pika labs amazing but there is watermark so that I can not use it when I want to upload my video on youtube😂 Is there any way to get solved the problem?

For sure. Everyone will have access to tools for creation, so it will be limited by ideas, creativity, story-telling, etc. rather than cost or technical skills
