I got this for my daughter's tsx 2005 and installed it yesterday. Took 30 minutes. Simple to install, works well with both the iphone connection as well as the AUX connection for android and mp3. Very impressed with the sound. Here are a few suggestions to make the install a better experience (I chose to leave the module inside under the radio): 1. Have electrical black tape ready to secure the module or it may rattle or move around too much. Wish the vendor had provided a harness to secure it. 2. The iphone cable port that connects to the module does not snap in. As a result it stays a little loose. while I was positioning the module I noticed it came loose - which would lead to a loss of connection eventually. I taped the connector to the module to keep it secure. Hopefully that will resolve some of the issues customers are reporting Re: loosing sound after a few days. The vendor should use a better connector that snaps in securely. 3. The wires can be long and not fit in the head unit - I left just enough leeway inside the unit folding away the rest behind the unit so the unit had room for the iPhone and the lid can be closed with the wires out of sight when not in use. I tried the iPod, iPhone 4 and iPhone 6, and Samsung S3 (via AUX). All so under great and work well. Thanks, GTA Car Kits! So far, so good!
When you plugged it on to the back of the stereo did it have two plugs already? (A white one and a blue one) Did you have to disconnect the blue one to put in this new one or does mines just have the connection on the back? 😑
HI Hugo, there was nothing already plugged into the socket on the radio where the white plug from the car kit goes in. Exactly as in the video. It is hard to see, so get a mirror and a flash light to see where the socket is. All the best!

Install took no more than 10 minutes and the product works flawlessly. The company supplied me with the lightning cable for most newer apple products, but I'm old school and still have my ipod classic. I contacted the company via email, and they responded quickly. They're sending me the 30 pin connector free of charge. Couldn't be any more satisfied with the customer service and product quality. Thanks GTA CarKits!

It works very good with the auxiliary cable with my android phone. I don't have a apple product so I can't test the other connection but I'm sure it work also. To all tsx 04-08 owner with dim radio light or non working CD player n changer, this kit will still work perfect. No more FM tramitter for me. Get this kit.
Just make sure u plug in the auxiliary cable in all the way to the device u are using to get the best connection. I didn't realized that I did not push it in very tight n thought it was broken because the sound was not coming all the way through. Recheck n found that it was only a bit loose. I gave it a good plug n a little twist n the sound came out clear as day. No static at all. Thanks again gta guys.

@djr31784 If you have something plugged in to the bottom of the radio, it is your XM radio. If you unplug the connection you will loose your XM. If you want to keep the XM radio, you will have to use a Honda Y cable that is used on Acuras with Navigation. thank you.
I was about to buy this product and pulled out the console pocket to check for the AUX wiring, as demonstrated in the video, and found that there is an OEM wire and maybe simple contact electrode attached to the top rear of the pocket where there is just a hole in the video example car . Hoping someone can tell me what this is, Since I was just about to use that hole to run the wiring through…?!

Hi, in the Summer of 2013 I bought a kit for my 2004 Acura TSX. The module now does not work properly. At times there is sound and then slowly fades away or sometimes it won't work at all. Can you please let me know if the kit is dead or if there is a simple fix. Thank You

If you do not have navigation and are not using the XM, you can get the regular kit and just remove the connecting that is currently there and plug in our kit instead :). Thank you.

Can I still use the navigation? When I unplug the cable you were talking about, my screen goes off. I have not yet purchased the kit. I want to be 100% sure it works with the 2005 Acura TSX Navigation before I buy it. I'd still want to be able to use FM and AM, Sirius XM, CD, and my Navigation system after installing the kit.

This TSX has a gorgeous interior : beige , perforated leather , brown wood insert. Same like my 2002 manual 530i. I love warm interiors

You can use the regular aux cord right for all phones? without using the iphone 4 adapter like in this video
