I have a 2005 tsx base model (non navi) and was wondering if the android radio is completely plug and play? Was told by another tsx owner that has a android radio that he had to some slicing and jumping for the door speakers to work and steering wheel controls? Not sure what he meant
Hey ken my stereo stays on the navigating system screen and none of the buttons work to make the screen change . Do you know if I should put another stereo in or something else is wrong with it?
I have this question I hope u replay I have an 06 tsx but it just have the non Navi radio and and I wanted to install a original Acura Navi for my car I don’t want an after marker one u think is posible to that switch if so what r the parts that I need I kno I would need the screen
Navi screen, dvd drive, subdisplay, GPS antenna and the cable from the drive to the screen. It gonna cost you an arm and a leg plus it's an outdated system.
Ken Nguyen , there is 12v on the blue wire with label AMP CONT when the radio is on. My TSX have a factory amp, I dont know if this has something to do with no sound
there is 12v on the blue wire labeled "AMP CONT". I have a factory amp, I don't know if this contribute to why there is no sound. I have picture and everything function including the HVAC, but just no sound.
liem nguyen no not the amp cont wire. That’s for your ext amp turn on. The blue wire on the main harness next to the red wire. That’s turn on your factory amp.
IVe been trying to get the backup camerra to work with the "Cam vin" yellow plug, but it doesnt switch automatically when im in reverse. I tested the camera and it works when i plug it in the aux setting. I even have the cam vin wire connected to backup camera plug, still doesnt work.... any ideas?
@@ken98056 What did you connect it to? the backup cam cable or something else, because the screen doesnt switch automatically when i connect it to the "reverse cam" wire
U have the tsx with the navi system right. My navi don't work. Do u know if its possible to take it out screens and put the original radio and climate control system in mine I have a 05 tsx.
@@ken98056 yes exactly because I connected the same one that you have and I have no sounds you think that the sound is in the black wireharness that you are in the upper part, because I have connected the blue wireharness and it only shows me all normal but without sounds
Not really understand what you are trying to say, but my guess is that you have an android unit and you have no sound? If so try the amp out wire to the blue wire instead. You can contact me through messenger facebook.com/ken.d.nguyen

Mateou Thelusma you need to connect the reverse wire which is the brown wire to your reverse light
