ive been to a few places in Mindanao and the food is great. The bakeries are top shelf as well soooo tasty. However if you are weak stomached the local foods might disagree with you. Everyone is different. My wife is from Mindanao and we would eat at a local carenderia and sometimes the food would twist my guts but only because im not used to it.. the quality and flavor was delicious. they just do things different over there. but overall incredible experience and i would recommend the Philippines to anyone! keep the vids coming Kulas!
