Japanese Ammo with Misa: After your first advertisement for bokksu I ordered one and now have a subscription. My autumn-box arrived the day before yesterday. You are right, they are all extremely delicious. But - I don't eat all at the same time (as you do???), but I save them for at least one week. But now ... I will listen to the rest of your video :-) Thanks a lot for your effort and please keep going.
Misa says “i’ve made a lesson on this as well” so much .. just imagine years later when she’s made thousands of lessons she’ll be saying that every three seconds
This was very helpful and i've learned a lot! Especially with colour-coding the text which helps figuring out sentence structure. I'm really glad I discovered your channel, Misa! Thank you for your hard work!
6 months of progress using daily listening immersion and anki for vocab (with about 1000 words under my belt) and I could pretty much intuit all parts of this conversation. This is really awesome to see as prior to this I have been listening to full speed conversations and had felt like I hadn't made any listening progress at all. consistency pays off.
Thanks for this awesome real japanese conversational exercise. This is not like those forced conversations in books. Nice autumn hair color you got there Misa-sensei, it really matches your passion of sharing your culture and language.
One thing that I really enjoy about all the videos in the past 2 years is the flow of the lesson. You will get slightly off track but it's still very interesting vocabulary or grammar, then you snap out of it like "Why am I teaching you this?!" 🤣
Oh man, I'm trying to get back into learning Japanese after years of not studying and I was kinda scared I'd forgotten everything, but your explanations are so clear and precise i feel really motivated now! Thank your for your work!
This is some of the BEST learning material out there. By the way I don't think your fantastic subtitles get enough credit: they're the best I've ever seen on a channel and they are really, really helpful. ホントにありがとう。君のビデオは全部素晴らしい!今別のビデオを見るつもりです。
Miss today my boyfriend (who is japanese) came over, he looked so tired so I said コーヒでも飲む?いれるよ!and he seemed so happy! He never heard me say that phrase before! Thank you!
1:40 I know it wasn't the focus of this video but I had been seeing ながら not really knowing what it meant, Misa talking about bokksu *while* drinking tea is the situation I'll think about whenever I need to recall the meaning
Misa sensei, you always have something new to teach me! Sometimes I go back to review grammar and listening and your videos always have some new information I didn't know!
I'm kinda using the immersion method to learn Japanese and I think content like this is super helpful. More content life this would be greatly appreciated! Thank you for all your hard work, Misa-sensei!
The best Japanese teacher on Internet/TH-cam ! It is very well explained and always interesting and funny. It helps a lot to improve my Japanese. 😎Greetings from France!
No way. Literally just earlier today for the first time ever, it occurred to me to look up audio Japanese conversation listening, and now this vid shows up in my sub box lol, perfect timing!
Misa sensei, i probably already commented this, but I'd really love a lesson about Dake and Shika. I love you, you're the only reason I didn't already quit studying japanese :)
Thank you for all the effort that you put into making this video. All the subtitling must be a lot of work to edit, but it does make your video better than all the other Japanese video out there. I'm still far from fluent nihongo, but I learned a couple things every time I watch your video. Very appreciated!
I was just watching the Netflix anime 古見さんはコミュ症です (Komi Can’t communicate) there is a scene in Episode 15 at 16:19 古見さん is sitting in the room with her family and hears the 石焼き芋 truck song outside ! 😊😊✌️it is a short scene only 20 seconds but you can hear the song 🚚🍠 🔥 🎶
my favorite part was when you got so off topic teaching us how to sound like a criminal. "like dont even put the "を" after money. Love it though. I was actualy getting into it pausing the video trying to learn that.
This gave me a huge boost in confidence. It will be a year since I started studying Japanese come this December, and I'm pretty happy with my progress so far, and I have so much to thank Misa and the community that she has built for making this journey a pleasant one to undergo! 皆さん、本当ありがとう!😁
Regulary I don't really write comments but that was so helpfull that I just had to ! Your videos helped me a lot already and I'm just thankful that you do this. I would be happy if you could make more videos like that. There is so much grammar and vocabulary packed in.. it's just great. I really appreaciate your hard work and wanted to say thank you ! I really don't want to know how much time it takes to get a video like this done. :) みさせんせい は き が きく ひと です ! ありがとうございます !
Konichi wa Misa san. Listening is an oral skill that I use a lot to learn and pick up things best. I like how you speak your language at a steady pace. Arigatou go zai masu.
This is great thank you! Im really finding Kanji challenging and its hard to stay motivated to keep learning because i feel like without the Kanji, i can't really progress. Your videos make it much easier for me to see how Kanji is used in a sentence, thank you.
More videos like this sensei. I've been memorizing your conversation and listening practice videos it helps me a lot. Thank you so much you're the best! I have bunch of notes from your videos and I've watched it all.
I had a colleague from Japan, they sent them over cuz the company was in a bit of a problem, anyway, he actually did that massage thing once, it was strange at first, but also, thoughtful
Wow this is first time seeing one of your videos doing this and it's great. I just started learning Japanese and only got the hiragana and katakana characters and sounds down so far and will totally be watching your videos as i progress. I can tell a lot of work went into this!
Misa sensei thank you very much for these videos! They really help me a lot to learn more about this beautiful language ... Greetings from Argentina 🙋🙇
It's nice to know there's someone who owns more Pikachu plush than I do. I have that Chikorita, too, good choice! This is my intro to your channel and I'll have to check out some more videos. You seem to be taking the time to actually explain the finer points of everything. I'm currently at the stage where I could actually read everything that happened (except the last sentence with the threat, that was a new kanji to me) before the explanation section, but would've never picked up more than a few words from the audio alone...
Another great video by the best japanese teacher in the world. Otra cosa: In the first episode of the drama series "Channel wa sono mama!" (チャンネルはそのまま) you can see the potato truck in action. Just saying, in case you missed it.

Wow ! I never even noticed the colour coded text. I thought it was just an aesthetic thing 😆 thanks
I love how you turned the advertisement into a little Japanese Exercise as well, that's how in-video advertisements should be done! :)
This is making me realize how bad my Japanese listening skills are
私もme too
Yeah. I've really neglected my listening skills after focusing on speaking for so long.
well, i understand a lot of words in japanese. For example, "です” and ”ます” xD
@うちはサスケ Hahaha. Easier said than done. We're all trying though.
@うちはサスケ そうです
If only my textbooks were as interesting as Misa’s lessons I’d already be fluent in Japanese by now.
Lookup the reddit thread for the genki subtext fan theory. It'll really change how you see Takeshi san. But mostly it'll just make you laugh.

I'm glad I have this channel as early as possible as I've started learning Japanese. I've learned so much. Though I'm not at this level yet.
She also has a beginners playlist (^ 。

Seriously I’m in tears . This is the day I can understand without hesitation. Thank you so much misachan

omg the color coordinated subtitles are the nicest thing i've seen this year!

The jump cuts are a nice touch. They're not too overwhelming but they help keep my attention even though I'm mildly ADHD.
