Do Yanks not know that the default is tea w milk & 2 tsps of sugar? Are they such big coffee drinkers & fans of "creamer" (an odd thing to an outsider) that they don't know how to make a simple cup of tea with milk & sugar?
frolickinglions Yes you are correct. The vast majority of tea here in the US is taken with honey, and the preferred tea is herbal. I think milk goes with black tea but black tea isn’t popular because of coffee. So most teas are floral, fruity, or herbal with honey or even lemon.

One of my favourite movies of hers is Brooklyn. I love how she is Irish and so natural in it. I watched Little Women earlier today and she shone in that too. Definitely deserves an oscar.

I love Saoirse Ronan; she's the epitome of a star; she makes any production she's involved in more watchable and infinitely better. What I don't understand is why when she agrees to audition, the process isn't stopped immediately; and the producers, lawyers, her agent, and the contract aren't brought to that very meeting! Maybe I'm biased but has she ever been less than amazing in anything she's done? If there's a role she couldn't do then it's probably fair to assume it's an unplayable, impossible role. Ok, maybe I'm incredibly biased because if I were a director or producer she'd be the first port of call, regardless of genre, format, whatever, she's the diamond in an engagement ring, the light from a star... ok this is ridiculous, I'll write a book of praises if I don't stop here. In short, every script should be sent to her and whatever she's interested in, sign her up or leave the industry because you're probably in the wrong job!
