Joe, this is an amazing recipe! I am a huge fan of the poblano pepper. If I'm making bacon cheeseburgers, I always char poblano pepper to put on top. They also kick ass on a club sandwich with smoked turkey, bacon, L, T, mayo and good cheddar.
I tried these pellets at Russ Jones recommendation. They are pretty good. A lot of smoke at 180 deg. Very nice. The one downfall I think is they produce more ash. Good stuff all things considered.
I was like, omg, this is going to be great! I did order and receive Smokin Pecan Pellets from another video you made. People, these are great ! Clean smoke at all temperatures! The only thing is they have a lot of dust in the bag. Hopefully, quality control will fix this! Great flavor! Thanks Smokin Joe!
Definitely looks delicious! I was thinking that maybe adding just a bit of some ranch dressing on the top would really be good or simply adding the ranch powder to the mix prior to stuffing them, that would definitely add lots more flavor and a creamy texture.
