Man you got a bunch of tractors Bill. Yeah that 3020 we had a '69 year model 3020 narrow front end. That's what broke me into farming with a 316. John Deere plow. We had some front end weights on it and then later on we got a 1968 model 3020 with a wide front end. I was just 10 years old at the time and I thought man that's a big tractor. But yeah 3020 is they bring back lots of foreign memories. Bill, this is your buddy down here at Tennessee
I'd like to get a whiff of that secret formula exhaust fumes 😱!! You can almost see the air in them tires 😂😂. God bless you, Bill. You remind me of me 🙏🙏🙏
My Dad and I used to help out a friend of ours... He had all John Deeres and my favorite to drive was a 3020 Diesel Power Shift with a Year Round Cab...
Land is coming in order good for you. Ran a 3020 years ago on a farm I was working on when I was a teenager. It had a John Deere wide front and a loader on it. Nice handling tractor. Thanks for sharing the video Bill.
As a kid in Western Pennsylvania, my neighbor would do the flail chopping with a 3020 run by 14-year-old kid and all these years later you have to still runs
That is a very familiar view looking down the hood.... if it just had a bit better tires and the row crop front end. That old four cylinder growl puts a smile on my face....every time. 67' 3020 row crop....the ol work horse! It's a bugger cause it runs down your arm....but open the petcock on the bottom of the tank and drain the junk out once in a blue moon.....🤠
You do have a lot of tractors Bill! The only problem is that they're the wrong shade of green! LOL! I have green, red ,and orange. I just like them all!
My buddy would use helicopter fuel in his 4020 that was pumped out for maintenance. They couldn’t pump it back in so he got it for free. Just added a little fuel additives and it ran good.
Pretty famous tractor back home on the day for tractor pulling. Probably gonna get a nap in from fighting the steering wheel. Dad had a formally m that beat the crap out of you on disced ground with the narrow front. Starting to make me home sick for the farm.
The water pump started leaking just a bit on my 3020. Just a trickle. Is that something you'd fix/replace or just leave it? Seems complicated to me to replace.

I see that model 110 disk. A lot of contraversy when it came out. A great piece and we sold lots of um.
You sure have some great old equipment. Your a millionaire and don't even know it.
Have a good week my friend !!
I never knew the 3020 weighs more than the 4010... Learn something new every day...

Yes, my mother always told me to git in there and git worsht up 👍
Amazing what a diesel engine will run on for duel.
Hey Bill, I caught your three minutes after you posted this.
Good luck finding someone that can do injection pump work! 🤣🤣🤣🤣 Great video, and I have NEVER seen "smooth" plowed ground!
My JD disk must be older than yours. Yours has the "external bypass valve" on the hydraulic cylinder that they introduced later.😏

Best to fix it, if the bearings get too worn the fan blades could tear up your radiator.
It's a red tractor in the background. Oh my god ,,,ITS ANARCHY!! LOL,,
That old girl is the diamond in the ruff.
Can you do a video sometime showing how you bleed the pump on that old girl
I see you cranking on the steering wheel as you start the engine , what is up with that ? John Deere designed ?
It relieves the hydraulic pressure and makes it easier for the starter to turn the engine over. Got to be a habit with us.
I don't like the fact that deere has gone to the blue radiator hoses. They were always black
nice tires lol
Well you know what they say. If it flies floats or bucks its gonna cost you money.
