I'm saving this and working my way up. Fascia release hurt not even using a ball. Rested a minute. Then I put my hand behind my back. A little pressing. Stopped and rested in that position. Done this a few times and the fascia pain was gone. Baby steps. Thank you. Also I'm active in our garden. 75 and never giving up.

Ive had right neck, shoulder, elbow, rotator cuff pain for 10 years at only 31 years old, doctors cant find much, some say its in my head. Needless to say it affects my overall mood and outlook on life sometimes.
Your videos are among the very few that relieve some of the pain and improve that mysterious injury, giving me some hope.
I cannot thank you enough for that.
PS: that "Behind the back ERE" pushing my hand into the back felt awesome, felt it all the way to my neck (in a good way) and felt a relief after even the first 10 seconds.

Transformational! I've been recovering from bilateral frozen shoulder triggered by injuries. Your videos have helped me deal with it, but this video is the one that has finally taken me beyond about 80% recovery. My ROM is closer to 95% now and I hope to soon get to 100%. It is crazy how to doctors and PT places just recommend passive stretching. Now that I have learned from you about active engaged alternatives to passive stretching I am incorporating that into much more of my exercise routines.

I could feel a slight but noticeable difference after a few reps of each exercise. I have slightly less pain in my shoulder just after a few seconds of each exercise which is amazing! Thank you. Appreciate all your work and great videos. Will definitely keep doing these 3 simple, gentle and effective exercises daily for shoulder mobility.

Hey man hope youre doing great, i just want to say thank you for all the amazing videos and helpful and insightful tips
I'am really wishing for a reply or assistance since im starting to feel very down both mentally and physically after an injury i suffered from about a year ago while playing football it was an awkward landing from a jump and im pretty sure its the meniscus since both the side of my right knee hurts
i just recently had an appointment with doctor after an mri scan and he said with gradual exercise and etc it would get better
but its almost a year and i miss playing sports and gained weight and absolutely lost on what to do other than the physiotherapy exercises they taught me i want this pain to heal somehow and im feeling really mentally down considering how long ive been stuck with this and how everybody else is enjoying sports and etc and any tips to get back on track or recover from this will be heavily appreciated

    Hi mate!
I have been having left shoulder pain for 2 years now and i have been to numerous chiropractors, experts but still i have that pain that prevents me from training or any push exervise.
I tried today to do shoulder robot ex that i have saw on your channel and when i try to externaly rotate my left shoulder gets locked or impinged on the way up.
I cant move it its locked there.
Is that a sign for classic shoulder impingement ?
