Man the little drummer boy is WICKED! I'd watch videos of just him! Also, lead guitarist nailed the pinch harmonic squeals and trills. The rhythm guitarist also hit the trills and did that unique metal slide sound really faithfully to the album. Sooooooo jealous of you kids getting this kind of experience which I will never have in my entire life!
He doesn't play the pinch harmonic; it is pinched at the second fret in the actual recording. This guy is playing the actual note. Amazing playing though; great solo work.
Only Zakk can make the squeals the way we hear them, that's "His" thing on every song he plays on. But this kid nailed it completely. I wish there was a program like this when I was a kid.
I am 61 years old. When I was in high school, there was a program I signed up for that was a magnet music program for all of the high schools in my city. We had a similar experience many, many years ago. The influence that had on me caused me to become a closet musician while I pursued my day job to make a living. The beauty of musical talent is that you can share it or keep it to yourself, just don't stop the music. My day job has funded my passion for music for many, many years. I am nearing retirement and now have more than 45 instruments in my collection, mostly stringed but I have a couple of keyboards, 6 or 7 amps, 40 or so guitars, acoustics, electrics, basses, mandolins, banjos, violins, ukuleles. It all started with my mother making me take piano lessons as a youth for 6 or 7 years. I hated it at the time but I went on to play the trumpet, first clarinet, and then got in to guitars. The first songs I learned were Stairway to Heaven and In Memory of Elizabeth Reed listening to am radio because they played them over and over again. I memorized those two songs and played them by ear. I am so looking forward to my retirement to dust the instruments off and play until I drop dead.

That kid on drums dropping his drumsticks is just priceless. I'm glad they kept it in and the kid on lead guitar seriously nailed the solo. Well done !
This just proves that a great song is a great song. Change it up, strip it down or make it your own and it'll continue to be so. It doesn't hurt being talented and compassionate musicians like these kids as well. GREAT guitar solo!
I watch these videos over again every once in a while. I'm never not impressed with the younger kids that are doing the singing in this song. They're all on point.
The second time little man drops his stick might be one of the funniest things I've ever seen online. I'm still laughing as I type this. Not at him -- these kids are amazing and I respect all of them very much -- but at how innocent and charming it is. This little guy kills it with the claves in the 46 & 2 video, btw. God bless you kids!
Six people have no taste in music, no real life, and can't possibly seem to help promote a child's love and interest in music. How can anyone dislike this? You guys and gals did a great job! I loved it!!!
Salute to the Rocker Babe, Who Could Not Resist The Music, Sound, Anymore, And Had To Start Playing..GUITAR..Air Guitar..Salute You....Hope You Never Change....
I feel young again watching this. Remember when you were young and would get that feeling you couldn't describe from real music like this? I'm very grateful to these people for letting me feel it again.
How can they not like these songs? Good music is just that, it really does not matter *when* it was made, to deny this fact you're only going to miss out. And also it's important to study music such as classic blues songs if you're learning to write your own music. I mean, if you think about pretty much any band you like, they were inspired by musicians before them and they usually had a fairly diverse range. Some are classically trained. They understand something about music that should be acknowledged.
Man, all I can say is wow, little dude on the drums your going to be a hit one day, you dropped the stick but didn't panic, you picked it right back up and got right back to it. That is a sure sign of a pro!
This...is education. Having kids of all ages make a cover of awesome songs. Art, music, computer, sports....every kid is capable in doing something if they put their mind to it and have an awesome educator to teach them.

HORNS UP AND ROCK N ROLL Forever brother! …. u kids are epic… keep art alive and so well.. u all are amazing ,and thank u O’keefe Music Foundation for doing your part in giving magic to the world and by allowing kids become incredible Earthlings! That was totally awesome. The lead guitarist is a serious fricken' shredder! Kudos to all these kids, gives me giant goose bumps, they did a killer cover.. \m/
I hope these kids aren't being held against their will in this underground recording studio while some angry 30-something yells at them, "PLAY MY FAVORITE SONGS!" ;) Awesome F'n job kids!!! What incredible talent and determination to tackle such a piece.
I'm sixty and played in a metal band in the eighties. I love this! The little variations were a nice touch. Flawless guitars. I like they never cut away from thar drummer dropping the stick and how he kept on keeping on. Good job little rocker brother. The chorus with childred voices were haunting. Awesome killer cover. Aloha from Hawaii.
Each one of your vids bring a tear to my eyes Aaron.I love how your young vocalists sing with so much Heart.I lose myself, watching these kids nail it.God bless u all.Keep rocking.LET THERE BE METAL \m/
The boy playing the kettle drum that pops the hand sign, is by far the best drummer that school has ever seen.. no joke, watch the Tool vids if you doubt it.
Today is February 22, 2023. I was on the way home from the supermarket listening to Hair Nation on SiriusXM and to my surprise Ozzy's No More Tears came on. Let me tell you, these young kids could have replaced Ozzy's band. In fact, I can barely tell the difference. All this band needs is Ozzy!!!!
I'm the C.O.O. / Exec. V.P. of a nonprofit that works with teens and young adults. I LOVE WHAT YOU ALL ARE DOING!! In the past I've had kids in my programs that wanted music lessons. Until now I had nowhere to refer them.
I'm sure most people missed the whale sound part, but I was listening for it seeing the Ozzy video has been one of my all time favorites forever!! It means so much to me that they care about what happens to the whales.
Watching the drummer makes me smile; glad they didn't do any retakes, makes it seem very raw. I don't know how I missed this one going through their library.
The drum recoveries were the most professional parts of the whole video. Not phased a bit - grabs the sticks and plays through. Perfect. That's a true showman! You're all so talented, and I hope we see great things from all of you for years to come.
Major respect for the drummer dude that dropped his stick, picked it up, kept the beat and came back in without missing it. Well done, sir!
he's a bloody legend that kid.

Florent Diverchy He is on that beat too! Great timing!

No he wasn't he's on the kettle drum
No he wasn't he played kettle drum dude
That kid on drums dropping his drumsticks is just priceless. I'm glad they kept it in and the kid on lead guitar seriously nailed the solo. Well done !
What else can be said, Ozzy be proud and honored, amazing
Their voices in the chorus take it to a darker level!
butterfingers on the drums! lol... j/k he does a great job getting right back at it. great work from everyone!
This just proves that a great song is a great song. Change it up, strip it down or make it your own and it'll continue to be so. It doesn't hurt being talented and compassionate musicians like these kids as well. GREAT guitar solo!
I wish I had a program like this when I was kid. It got pretty cold rocking out in my parents garage!
Agreed lol...
outstanding! great job!
What's the name of kid drummer...he 's just awesome
I watch these videos over again every once in a while. I'm never not impressed with the younger kids that are doing the singing in this song. They're all on point.
The second time little man drops his stick might be one of the funniest things I've ever seen online. I'm still laughing as I type this. Not at him -- these kids are amazing and I respect all of them very much -- but at how innocent and charming it is. This little guy kills it with the claves in the 46 & 2 video, btw. God bless you kids!
The girl in the girls just want to have fun video does a great job as well. Better at me than multitasking. I see a shiny and I'm like *SQUIRREL!*
Adult already
Six people have no taste in music, no real life, and can't possibly seem to help promote a child's love and interest in music. How can anyone dislike this? You guys and gals did a great job! I loved it!!!
Salute to the Rocker Babe, Who Could Not Resist The Music, Sound, Anymore, And Had To Start Playing..GUITAR..Air Guitar..Salute You....Hope You Never Change....
💞💞💞💞
I feel young again watching this. Remember when you were young and would get that feeling you couldn't describe from real music like this? I'm very grateful to these people for letting me feel it again.
I think Zakk Wylde should give this kid a signed bullseye les paul. he deserves it
which kid? they all did a great job on a song that isnt very easy
your pretty generous with zaaks stuff... I think you should give him one now
Yes indeed he does. Quite impressive.
Zakk's Original "bullseye" Les Paul was stolen. That is so bunk!
Pretty sure Zak didn’t play that originally
It's a joy knowing how timeless Ozzy is, watching the youth enjoying his music is just another "Rock N Roll with never Die! " testament.
Lawrence Rouse walked right back in on the beat! Excellent timekeeping!
This...is education. Having kids of all ages make a cover of awesome songs. Art, music, computer, sports....every kid is capable in doing something if they put their mind to it and have an awesome educator to teach them.
Damn! They’re all great musicians. But the guitar solo was just as epic as ZW’s!
kid killed it on that solo. I am so impressed by these children!
kayd thanks!!
Yea the kid singing is great!
THE DUDE ON THE BIG DRUMS IS PRICELESS! HORNS UP AND ROCK N ROLL Forever brother! …. u kids are epic… keep art alive and so well.. u all are amazing ,and thank u O’keefe Music Foundation for doing your part in giving magic to the world and by allowing kids become incredible Earthlings! Cheers to ya and everyone …love each other so we can do this a lot more! art will save us!
That is the kid playing the drums in the 46 and 2 video... and he kicks A$$.
yes! oh ya i remember.. i love this … if i had a kid thats the way id want them to be… happy, and doing what they were so meant to do in this world. so proud of them and not even mine lol.. he rocks in 46/2 .
nails it
The kid who played drums in 46 and 2 is playing the kettle drums in this one I reckon.
You reckon correctly, that kid is a beast. The real story is the little kid banging two sticks together in 46 and 2 is on the big kit now.
This is what Kid's Bop should be.
That comment made me cry joy tears
That was totally awesome. The lead guitarist is a serious fricken' shredder! Kudos to all these kids, gives me giant goose bumps, they did a killer cover.. \m/
Sue'82 Metal Maniac thanks!!
Makes embarrassed. In all the years I have been playing this kid can play shit I can't, but in fairness I usually come up with my own fiffs.
D
I hope these kids aren't being held against their will in this underground recording studio while some angry 30-something yells at them, "PLAY MY FAVORITE SONGS!" ;) Awesome F'n job kids!!! What incredible talent and determination to tackle such a piece.
LOL !
thedarkener lmao
thedarkener...that is a brilliant idea!!!...thanks man
Hilarious! Hopefully that's not the case :-) Kids are amazing
Jack Black is holding them!
This is the greatest cover of an Ozzy song ever! All it needs now is a post song interview where no one can understand a word the lead singer says.
Absolutely love this... As a life long Ozzy fanatic, this brought tears to my eyes. A wonderful job.
Ozzy rules
No more tears!🤣
The little boy saying the speech was sooooo cute!
God bless these amazing kids!!!
I LOVE watching these kiddos! They make me happy! I can’t wait to see what they do when they’re older!!!! The future of music is what they are!!!!
The boy playing the kettle drum that pops the hand sign, is by far the best drummer that school has ever seen.. no joke, watch the Tool vids if you doubt it.
Curtis....
i love the girl singing with all the others that got into it and rocked out while singing too,,nothing beats an awesome rock chick ,,,smile , smile,,
He was the drummer on the Tool song
These kids ROCK!!!!!!
theyre not enjoy it is fake
They sing listlessly
Still Learning but the fact that they are even attempting to do a song like this is a positive thing, give'em time and see what happens.
Chalk it up to nerves. They ARE still kids. Watch more of their videos, they normally have a bit more passion. Thumbs up from me!
love that little drummer, what a composure!🤣
Hats off you you Mr. O'keefe. You're doing it right.
The back ground singers add a level both dark and beautiful at the same time
AWESOME DRUMMER! True Rock Legend dropping that stick then recovering is TRUE ROCK AMD ROLL Brother, keep up the good work! 😎🇺🇸
Who greased that rock legend’s drum sticks?!
God bless that drummer. These kids killed it and the drummer showed perseversance.
I go to the music school where these kid take lessons and the teacher really works us hard! lol he's a really good teacher. good job guys
No words. I am speechless because amazing, wonderful is not enough... please continue your work. And thank you
2024 and I keep coming back , love this version of the song . Wonder where these kids are ...hopefully still rocking
Whole video is great. Best part begins at 4:42
Awesome!
It brought me to tears
Was not expecting to see you here, excellent taste
Tuner Nation no more
I'm the C.O.O. / Exec. V.P. of a nonprofit that works with teens and young adults. I LOVE WHAT YOU ALL ARE DOING!! In the past I've had kids in my programs that wanted music lessons. Until now I had nowhere to refer them.
I love the work you’ve done in the studio as producer of some of the most iconic songs from a lot of the legendary bands that I grew up listening to.
I'm sure most people missed the whale sound part, but I was listening for it seeing the Ozzy video has been one of my all time favorites forever!! It means so much to me that they care about what happens to the whales.
These kids are awesome. You can see they truly love doing this. I’m so proud of them.
Watching the drummer makes me smile; glad they didn't do any retakes, makes it seem very raw. I don't know how I missed this one going through their library.
Really enjoying this...nice recovery on the drums!👍
It would be cool to track them down and revisit...see how far they all went.🙌
The drum recoveries were the most professional parts of the whole video. Not phased a bit - grabs the sticks and plays through. Perfect. That's a true showman! You're all so talented, and I hope we see great things from all of you for years to come.
