I want to transform my working style into deep-work style. I've been trying to reduce the time until I take actions lately. Once I start my work, I devote myself into single task. Single task is the fastest way for me to deal with my work. Ideally, I finish my work by noon by deep work and spend the rest of a day playing sports, reading books, watching movies and hang out with my friends or family. I will realize this ambition.

Just discovered this channel and it's great! I thought going through all the points in some detail and then going backwards was a great little technique. Gonna use that in my work as well. I like the idea of deep work, maybe I'll set aside Mondays to practice it

Excellent book review. This book has been on my reading list for quite some time. I will review this video again and give this book a read. Thank you @Brian Johnson!
