It's a culture japanese bring along their trash and throw at home. That's why you don't see that many rubbish around. Also japanese cleaner are super dedicated in doing their job. Even their public toilet is spotless clean. I was there to travel and always find it difficult to throw rubbish coz you won't be able to find any bins.
