Deve and I are gluttons for punishment. Considering it only took 10 days to get all 16 shinies for the playthrough, we figured it'd be easy to get JUST 6 more. Creating a new team with some of the Pokemon types we hadn't gotten during the standard playthrough. Namely a starter, a Mega, a Rare Spawn, and, of course, a Legendary. Honestly expected this video to take until August to get done. Having to do soft resetting for a Legend, but RNG was kind. Granting us a shiny Mewtwo well before I anticipated it.

Yup, it is surprising considering how many shiny locks existed in the generations just before this game. But it can be done. The resets are pretty fast and it's an obvious shiny. Making it a really nice soft reset hunt for anyone who hasn't done SR hunts before (like myself lol).
