Aapke question ke hisaab se, hamen ye maloom karna hai ki motor ke poles ka number kitna hai, agar winding ke liye coils ka pitch aur slots diye gaye hain. Aayein, isse solve karte hain.
Diye gaye Data:
Coil pitch: 1-8, 1-10, 1-12
Total slots: 36
Poles ka Calculation:
Motor ke poles ka calculation karne ke liye hum coil pitch aur slots ka use karte hain.
Step 1: Sabse pehle hum pitch ke madhyam se number of poles ko calculate kar sakte hain.
Coil Pitch se hum samajhte hain ki winding me kitne slots ki chhod kar next slot me coil wind ki gayi hai.
Step 2: Motor ke poles calculate karne ka formula hai:
Number of Poles=SlotsCoil Pitch Difference
Number of Poles=Coil Pitch DifferenceSlots
Coil Pitch Difference:
1-8 me pitch difference = 7
1-10 me pitch difference = 9
1-12 me pitch difference = 11
Ab hum in pitch differences ko use karke number of poles nikaal sakte hain.
Calculation:
Agar hum 1-8 coil pitch lete hain, to:
Poles=367≈5.14 (yaha whole number nahi aata)
Poles=736≈5.14 (yaha whole number nahi aata)
Agar hum 1-10 coil pitch lete hain, to:
Poles=369=4
Poles=936=4
Agar hum 1-12 coil pitch lete hain, to:
Poles=3611≈3.27 (yaha bhi whole number nahi aata)
Poles=1136≈3.27 (yaha bhi whole number nahi aata)
Conclusion:
Is calculation se pata chalta hai ki 1-10 coil pitch ke sath hum 4-pole motor ko achieve kar sakte hain, kyunki yaha exact whole number aata hai.
Summary:
Ye motor ek 4-pole motor hai, aur aap ise confirm kar sakte hain 1-10 coil pitch ka use karke, kyunki ye configuration 36 slots ke sath exact 4 poles deta hai. do share this video with others

Agar motor 4-pole hai aur aapke area ka frequency 50 Hz hai, toh motor ki synchronous speed 1500 RPM hogi. Lekin agar poles alag hain (jaise 2-pole ya 6-pole motor), toh RPM accordingly change hoga.

छह-फेज़ मोटर के पोल (poles) की संख्या निकालने के लिए, आपको मोटर के विन्डिंग्स और स्लिप रिंग्स (अगर इस्तेमाल हो रहे हों) का विवरण देखना होगा। पोल्स की संख्या मोटर के चुंबकीय क्षेत्र की विभाजन को दर्शाती है, और यह मोटर की स्पीड और पावर पर असर डालती है।
पोल्स की संख्या निकालने का तरीका:
मोटर का RPM (Revolutions Per Minute) और फ्रीक्वेंसी (Frequency) पता करें:
मोटर के नेमप्लेट (nameplate) पर आमतौर पर RPM और फ्रीक्वेंसी दी जाती है।
फ्रीक्वेंसी (F) को हर्ट्ज़ (Hz) में नोट करें।

P=120×501000=60001000=6
P=1000120×50=10006000=6
इस उदाहरण में, मोटर के 6 पोल्स होंगे।
चरणों (Phases) का असर:
6 फेज़ मोटर में, चुंबकीय क्षेत्र की दिशा को संभालने के लिए 6 स्वतंत्र फेज़ होते हैं, लेकिन पोल्स की संख्या को निर्धारित करने का तरीका वही रहता है जैसा कि ऊपर वर्णित है।
