Hooray for a sign language interpreter! I wish the interpreter could have been onscreen to make the video accessible in this way. Why put the interpreter away from the speaker? That makes the Deaf audience members have to choose to look at the interpreter or the speaker. No shame in multiple languages. It was a missed opportunity.

For many (most?) settings, the signers are set apart. Think for a moment of church services as an example. It certainly is fitting for a speaker who moves around quite a bit from behind any lectern or podium.
