He’s definitely tied second with Moira for me. Sigma still tops but Doom’s got a great VA
I actually had a game were Doom "threatens" Hanzo with that voice line, but then at the very end the Mercy player just said "no", lol that broke the mood completely, he will not wake up the dragon, shut up Doomfist

Such an interesting character with how crazy his goals are and yet he is so calm and calculating. He doesn't get angry. He doesn't get ahead of himself. He just executes his plans. Really wish I still enjoyed playing him after this rework.
Also interesting that the line that he has at the beginning of the round with other Talon members excludes Sigma. I wonder if there are implications to that.

@@NinjaPickle Yeah Doomfist does take up the Tank slot so... but even then, I think it's still possible to trigger it with Sigma however I didn't bother with it since there is no bot support for that here.

Doomfist is basically Overwatch's equivalent to Thanos. He's got the personality, the mannerisms, the brutality, and even the ultra-powerful gauntlet. It's quite interesting to think of when you realize all the parallels.
such a nice choice of words to describe this lovely character , sadly that his rework does not reflect the character , I have always seen doomfist as more wise and stable mike Tyson XD , he doesnt get angry or lose his focus but at the same time if he get close to you you are dead meat and I found that fascinating how his personality and play style went hand in hand , basically if he want you dead he will come close to you and eliminate you in personal and bad ass way ( John wick style XD ). sadly after I played him in OW2 all of this gone since you are not that immediate threat that the other team needs to deal with right now , you are more of a goofy Winston with a gauntlet
doom is such an interesting character, he is evil yes technically but he doesn't act super evil, he supports his allies, he even gives his enemies advice "a good leader adapts to their team, not the other way around" giving briggite some advice on teamwork even though he is an enemy, doomfist is so cool
His vision of the world is a better world. Its his methods that are evil

That's cause doomfist isn't just some one dimensional antagonist. He has a cause that he's willing to fight for. Before doomfist came we used to think talon was just some group of war profiteers who wanted to make a quick buck out of war but not doomfist. He transformed the organisation and turned into a group with a political agenda. He cares about humanity is his own way and seeing the other overwatch characters who aren't aligned with talon and their strength is proof that he's right (at least in his eyes)

The way that Doomfist has become the "calm and collected villain who doesn’t flinch emotionally" type of character is really great. A fun similarity when it comes to Orisa too going from "I’m still learning things" baby mode to "you wont threaten us no longer" kind of courage and brave. They both have evolved in their own ways

Doomfist respects power and technically, every playable character in the game is incredibly skilled in some manner. It’s why he comes off as very respectable.

When you finished someone with the rocket punch and he screams "TO DUST!", that's legitimately badass... but the character is so goddamn broken, the punch actually do 70 damage if it hits the wall, the main villain of the setting who can take a Overwatch team by himself, he can't one shot a baby Dva lol

Theory, the Team Talon voice line might be a King's Row specific voice line instead since it was on attack and the payload is an emp bomb meant to kill all the omnic population at the final point
I don't know about that, since they are at least associated with Null Sector, which was revealed at the end of Storm Rising, so killing a bunch of omnics would likely sour their relationship. Maybe they do it to rile up the omnics to join Null Sector, but I feel like there's better ways then killing a bunch of omnics, especially with how volatile the omnic population are feeling after Mundatas assassination.
It works on other maps too. I tested it out. I mainly used King's Row because, so I won't have to run all the way to the other side of the other to get some good audio.

I love how Doomfist has a surprising amount of respect for most of the cast. Being a super villian who wants the world to be forged into chaos and ruin, it's funny to see how supportive he is of his teammates.

The thing that’s very fascinating about all these lines, is that Doomfist respects power. Every character is very skilled in some manner, which is why he doesn’t come off as irritated or hateful against most of them.
Doomfist is one of the few characters that doesnt treat Junkrat like dirt, kinda cool

I love how despite being a villain and being against everything that Overwatch represents, he’s not above cooperating with them if their goals coincide, he even has respect for their strength and tenacity for the ideals they battle for even if those are in Doomfist’s own perspective very misguided. Also he seems so genuine about his goals for the betterment of mandkind kinda like the Moira Vs Mercy argument, do we stick to our morals to the detriment of the world or do we take the gloves off and use the same dirty tactics of our enemies for the greater good? Doomfist might be a bit deranged but he has a very well defined goal in mind, and I can honestly respect his drive to achieve such things even if his methods as well as talon’s are despicable.

open queue will still be in the game and you can have more than 1 tank present. they got the actors so they might as well record for every possibility. JQ has interactions with hog and ball for example.
