Brilliant video Ross. I think we should start a petition to have a statue built here of Felix and Bolt, rest in peace Felix. Also, if you're looking for a good station in Kent anytime i would recommend Tonbridge!
Thanks Duaine, this was my last opportunity to catch the 68s in service with TPE. I think more stations should have host cats and in the early 1900s, it was very common! It seems to have become a thing of the past.
@@StarlifeStudios Totally agree! And was amazed how you managed to capture 68’s Going to miss those units in the (TPE) colours. However at least Chiltern railways are still using them 😃
It’s hardly changed since the days of loco hauled trains. The TransPennine Route Upgrade project will change it a lot over the next few years though so maybe I’ll return once all the works have been completed 🙂 Thank you Samuel!
Absolutely beautiful day that was. Ironically it seems that just as you were finishing off your recording session, I was starting mine just a few stops down at Dewsbury 😂. Apart from that coincidence, love some of the traffic that runs on this line, and love your content mate. Keep it up!
Everything's diesel, everything's late...yep, that's the North of England, alright -though from what I gather, they were at least showing up, which is an improvement. Also, what's up with the Freightliner 156?
I can only film the ones that did turn up! There was meant to be another 68 but it was cancelled. The Freightliner operated 156 was a movement from Wolverton where it was refurbished (this is also why it was so clean!)
Aw man, I was gutted to hear about the loss of Felix. I remember there was a book wrote on felix, “Felix the railway cat”. That’s a real shame, lived a great life tho. Still, lovely video 🙂
Oh man, RIP Felix, hurts a lot that he is gone, may he rest in peace. Sorry to say, painful to watch with the last days of the Nova 3 sets. Way too quiet now wih class 185 dominating on the Scarborough York's. Nevertheless, a lovely video to watch :-)
Hi Starlife it’s me Ovalo and im here to question you something When is the Super Voyagers (Avanti) going to be replaced *please don’t tell me summer* If you have time please reply this comment
I've watched tonnes of your videos and noticed that the trains usually aren't late, or as late as UK railway system stereotypically is. They're usually on time or a couple of minutes early but in this one they're all late??? Some of them by 20 minutes or more?? I had read that this TOC was notorious for it too

Huddersfield at its finest, great work Ross.. Rest in eternal peace Felix ❤
Definitely deserves a statue at the station with Bolt

Happy Easter Ross and amazing trains at Huddersfield video.👍
Happy Easter, hope you have a great one! 🐰
I’ve been on this route over 50 times and it’s always a great time. The 185s are easily the best DMUs in Great Britain
Awesome! Huddersfield is a beautiful station!

Great video.
Glad you enjoyed it 🙂
Great video! Of course basically all trains are late!
This was during an overtime ban so most trains struggled to get drivers. Thanks for watching :)

Lovely Video of Transennine Express Trains at Hudsersfield!
Request: are you Able to do Sherborne & Exeter Central?
I’m not in the Exeter area too much but I will certainly give it a go if I’m in the area. Thanks for the kind suggestion 👍🏻🙂
Great video Ross!
Have a nice easter!
Awesome video
a sizeable chunk of TPE's fleet featured here! Thanks for sharing.
Love to see electrification at Huddersfield. I do like the TransPennine Express Class 185 Desiros.
Excellent video Ross! Would be great if you could do Camden Road at some point.
What a great idea 😃👍🏻
Do you think you could do dore and Totley (just south of chesterfield) now that it has a new second platform?
I plan to soon yes 😃👍🏻

WHAT, FELIX IS DEAD??? NOOOOOOOOOOOO 😰😭😭😭😰😰😨😨
Nice video Starlife. Are you able to film at Motherwell?
I have done a longgggg time ago (2016) but I agree that it deserves a re-visit. I don’t plan to visit Scotland this year but I will see what I can do.
First to this Transpenine Expeess (first)
Who really cares lol

Hey Starlife, is Huddersfield in West Yorkshire?
Yes! 😃

did i just see a train more than an HOUR late!?
god thats insane how did that happen?

Great video! I love Huddersfield just not the traction.
Can you do Wimbledon Station please
Wimbledon is a hard station to film because of the fence on the fast line
Can you do trains at Wareham
