Wow! How refreshing is this Show Host. Conducting an interview with youthful enthusiasm and real curiosity into the methods and work of the Artist. So much better than the many vapid and vacant one out there. I tip my hat to you Eric, Salute! Oh yeah, Keep on shining because this world really needs the light. May your forward efforts be Blessed, Bless them Indeed.
Probably my biggest obcession: Ventriloquist dummies. I even design some myself. Now thanks to Craftsman Legacy I know who to ask "Hey turn this drawing into something real.".Bless you.
Loved this. I owned one of his figures for years but sold it to someone who would actually use it. I always wanted to see what he does and how. I would love to see all the footage you guys left on the edit floor!
I met Tim Selberg in Cincinnati about 15 years ago at the vent convention. His work is some of the best, plus the figures hold or in value. The closest I came to owning a Selberg was holding it. lol I'm going again this summer, so maybe I'll sell my house and buy one:-) There are a lot of people who are collectors and own these works of art who have the money but not so much the talent. Owning a Ferrari doesn't make you a world class race car driver. lol... Seriously, He is a true craftsman and I'm so pleased to get a closer look at the masters workmanship ! =keith
Great episode and SO interesting! I loved the Goosebumps movie with puppets! I love to see amazing crafts revived and kept alive by all you wonderfully skilled workers. Keep on making masterpieces!❤✌
A Craftsmans Legacy It’s bc of your shows and featuring a variety of skills and talents that I have a goal to have my own art and craft studio someday and your skills and talents with motorcycle restoration got my uncle back to his greatest love metal work. Thank you!!
Eric, man you have my dream job….to see all these amazing makers and get an opportunity to join them in their craft…..what a life….a Michigan life too what a dream 😎
@@CraftsmansLegacy I sculpted the features for a ventriloquist dummy head years ago. A man I knew bought an unfinished head with mouth and I movements. It look like an big egg. I used Durham rock hard water putty. His wife gave me the head back after he passed away.
Love Eric. Im noticing, while Erics face is a 'decent size' for his head, the other guys face looks 'extra small' for his head. Noticeable contrast, I guess. 🤔
It's TRUE a few Ventriloquists out there get angry if you call them Dummies instead of "figures" I had an experience with a vent "correcting" me on the "correct" terminology of Dummies.
me encantan los ventrílocuos ahora estoy haciendo uno y me gustaría mucho aprender mas de sus mecanismos, por favor te pido que hagas otro documental de los ventrílocuos, saludos desde Perú
Very interesting video. I am interested in ventriloquism as a hobby. Not interested in becoming a big name or anything like that just would like to learn how to manipulate a puppet my problem is where can I get one of these puppets if at all and what is the price range
It would have been really good for we the viewers to see what was being done, for example in the head to attach the eyes, and more details about the build.
hello! Congratulations on the channel! I've been following you for a long time! I'm from Brazil and I work with sculptures and dolls. your channel helps me a lot. however the subtitles are in English and there is no option to translate into Portuguese! Please release the subtitles in Portuguese! I don't understand English and I'm curious to know what you are talking about. The videos are great, but I don't understand English, which makes me frustrated because I don't understand what you say.! Even though I'm using the google translator to write, there's no way to translate the videos. thanks
