He didn't switched dances, he didn't properly managed to get that much XP in Age 3, he lost so many villagers on the raid, he didn't retrained the WP he lost. The Aztec WP FF consists on getting so much tempo to get an incredible amount of units. Don't chop the 250w for the war hut just do the normal build and if you are getting ambushed sent 2 war huts
Renegado´s (Skirm Outlaws) do have that 2.0 fire rate instead of 3.0 For 3 more Pop thats a better Skirm i think. Great 5head build there props to SoldieR
Not only that, but right before the big age 3 fight he was ignoring the vet tech 250f 250w in the native embassy. Would've made everything afterwards super easy.

i never knew rifle riders were heavy cav
Rifle riders are both heavy and light cav, so they get countered by skirms and goons etc
Rifle riders counter a ton of units and because of that, they are countered by most units as well, as a balancing factor
