My thoughts exactly, age of empires 3 definitive edition is growing. I keep seeing new players in the multiplayer online. Aussie Drongo even erased all his decks on his Discord Channel he deleted everything related to AOE3DE. He is focusing on AOE4. Never talked to the guy, I just loved the way he built his decks. I think 🤔 my opinion it might be because of the prize MONEY 💰 for the tournaments. I took the clientele he left... Also very few channels offer Team Play decks and strategies. 1v1 decks are very very different from 3v3 or 4v4. In 1v1 and 2v2 timing is everything. Micro and hotkeys get you to the top 50.
aizamks game sense was always on another level, his creativity in terms of strategies is never disappointing. if only he was a bit more micro oriented in games he would be definitely on top of the ladder
Disciples should get an anticav multiplier when you build the White Pagoda, it would really help China specially defensively. They should also snare from Age II onwards, they are shock infantry after all...
I have actually tried this before but I used the monastery card to get the cheaper disciple techs and xp instead of the consulate. It's not my style though to be so aggressive so... not sure whether consulate or monastery is better. Probably consulate but eh. I'm not a liar. I'm just very shy to play on the ladder.
ngl very bad performance from ports kinda weird to see how did this guy got to this level Bonus fact: resigned with 600 wood because surely that 1k wood shipment in that nr60 orinoco deck was the right choice
Well he is called Mr. Boring not just because he plays Ports almost exclusively but because he plays excessively passively and tries to win with overwhelming economic advantage. I mean man is playing to his strengths but being somewhat similar in strengths I'll just say there's a reason I don't play on the ladder much and if I do it's usually do wacky things rather then attempting to make the game excessively boring.
That was a slow FF by ports...going for 16 vills instead of 14 really slows down the tempo to age 3. Plus being greedy and putting the TC in a greedy location without having the resources to defend it was a bad move...Better to stay in base, send for military shipments and then capture the map
@@quasii7 Yeah...better to make just 2 vills during age up and start age 3 upgrade with 14 vills...I have found that to be the best for tempo (Though you do suffer in terms of economy)
if you look at the steam numbers the game is doing really well...Of course its a shame we are not at Wololo but that doesnt mean the game isnt doing well

Disciples should have a promotion mechanic. Such good flavor and not in any way op, because they are low hp.
