In that awkward stage- between the 80's and the 90's (I mean the style of the show lol) .what a band, what a band. I love these guys. Makes me want to run to my local used record/cd store... I think I'll do that.
It was great!! 1990-1992, there were so many now-classic albums being released that you couldn't buy them fast enough. "Bandwagonesque"-the album from which this song comes, Matthew Sweet's "Girlfriend", MBV's "Loveless," Jellyfish's "Bellybutton, The Posies' "Dear 23", "Nevermind". I remember thinking that good music wasn't always going to be as easy to get. TF were the "Next Big Thing" at that point, more so than Nirvana.
The band that made me lose interest in Nirvana. Hands down, one of the best alternative albums of the 90's. I remember listening to this cassette non-stop. Very underrated, but not under-appreciated!

The Lemonheads made me lose interest in Nirvana, I can relate. Not a bad thing... because when I do listen to Nirvana, it's fresh. Not overplayed. 😊

@marokokisetter It's called punk or hardcore. ;) And there are maybe one or two more bands that were also influenced by it. Hahaha.
