    I just had my first Uyghur meal at a local restaurant (San Francisco Bay area), very nice.
    I was a bit surprised that the Yoghurt drink was not that salty. I don't remember the exact word: Dogak?
    I had the Afghani, Indian and Turkish version before.

    Are you using Celsius degrees or Fahrenheit degrees can you tell me please I am confused

      I'm just a passing commenter, but I believe Celsius! In Fahrenheit that'd be around 475 degrees at first, turned down to about 350.
