I really appreciate the effort you put into the video with finding really fitting examples of pros / streamers making use of different mechanics. Great video!
Konpeki is a genuine LEGEND putting a V2.0 out for all of us to study i'm sure i speak for all of us in the comment section when i say "Sincerely, THANK YOU KONPEKI"

Just started playing on console as a complete valorant noob about a month ago. I've watched a ton of your coaching and it helped me get to diamond. Thanks
Excellent vid! PMA and practicing/doing with intent is so important in all aspects of life as well as in Val. Watching the entire video now, but so many good points in this one!! I see so many players blaming their team/opposing team/position of the stars and planets rather than taking this approach and accomplishing one’s goals. Mindset is 80% of being a good player imo because at the top level all the players have similar mechanical abilities and everything else.
I began playing val on ps5 i Grinded the shit outta it around 1,5 weeks playing it while working and im already at almost 70 h i began to Love the Game and learn i want to get better and this and many other Video helps me im Lucky That i alteady have Knowledge from overwatch cs and rainbow and can See my mistakes and learn from Them mistakes and use them to learn i also know and realize that there are obviously times/days where you feel shit (key is not giving up) im really hyped on becoming better maybe conquering console who Knows i Even got diamond 2 placements while my friends got in Silver in plat (sad thing i cant queue with them until them reach me I know no one really cares but thanks for people like you for giving out the Knowledge that you had to learn over thousands of hours
I watched the old mechanic video and I was iron 3 and went to bronze 3 but here recently I've dropped down to bronze 1 so I'm back assessing what I can do differently and watching this to relearn my fundamentals
Awesome video! Just got into Valorant 3 Weeks ago and stuck at silver 1 due to my gameplay and lack of understanding, so this helps a lot! Only thing for me is that no matter how I peek, I always catch a "lucky" headshot and die immediately 75% of the time haha
What ive found is a gold mine, filled with information not only i can apply on valorant but also on life. Wow, thank you, i did not regret clicking this vid.
For the 2nd Drill. a better way to do it. switch to breach in the range and go to the left or right of the bots and ult them to the side until they're out of your screen, then kill 2 bots so they'll respawn and now you can focus more on flicking to the target and micro adjusting. Great Video! This Help A'lot.
Really appreciate this video and your time and effort, this not only motivated me to start getting better but also a guide on how to get better abrupt earned a sub!
I gotta say, thanks for this video! Some of your content is actually insane, and the effort you have put into making this video is very clear. It almost feels like you're trying to "optimise" or "maximise" the quality of your content. I'm not sure if that's correct, but this level of effort is something I've only seen a few times before. It's the kind of effort I put into my own hobbies, including Valorant, so I can really appreciate the work you put into making this.
started the video wishing to get better at valorant and then reflecting upon my life in general after listening to the mental health part that was really inspiring, thank you !
Somewhat of a cheeky move but it helped me rank up a lot. After season reset, don't play ranked for 2-3 days. This will allow players of ur skill level to come to ur rank instead of higher ranked players hitting ur lobbies all the time.
Konpeki,I am a new player. In your second drill time stamp26:55 you said->flick,micro adjust(only with mouse)and shoot But some other channel like The Guide or Woohoojin said-flick,micro adjust(with the A and D button)and shoot. So which one I should follow??
thanks for your effort in this video. its nice to relearn these details ive absorbed subconsciously/intuitively through playing the game; not having full understanding or reasoning towards some decisions i make etc. beneficial fights and techniques in aiming.
12:20 for me, it’s really annoying how on TH-cam, most of the content is from a spectator pov, which includes things like the enemies being highlighted at all times. It takes a lot away from the learning experience. Do you have any recommendations for people to watch who don’t do things like that?
im platinum 3 at the moment ( peak diamond 2 ) and i dont know how to choose what to improve. my mental needs work i know that. but i feel like my gamesense and aim is good but positioning bad. i can see things that i may need to work on i just dont know how to improve them.
man i’m getting my pc this month and i swear i want to go pro fr. i want to improve and become like the faker of valorant. every single game i play i feel like i could do more. i just love this game. if i can hit immortal before january i’ll look for a premier team maybe?
thank you so much , my rank is b3 , i recently hit silver but it not stable , so i keep going to b3 and then back to silver , with this vedio i really think that i would be able to improove more .
@@bukangamer3120 If you have at least 2 hours a day for valorant then what's happening is you're probably not applying konpeki's guide properly. Realistically, you probably should be in Plat by now (9 days after you sent that reply). You're close, but you suggesting you haven''t been solo-queueing is probably why your progress is a little bit slower than normal. You generally shouldn't be playing with friends, especially if it's a 3-stack or a 5-stack. A duo is not bad to have but you have to make sure they are practically the EXACT same MMR as you. It's decent progress, but it does seem you may have made some mistakes that slowed you down a little bit. Obviously, not a huge deal or anything, but think about it this way: The faster you play against better players, the more time you will have in lobbies that teach you more new and useful things. If your goal is to seriously improve, you should know that elos below Plat3 are the absolute WORST for improvement. Its like a puddle of quicksand - the more time you're in it, the longer it will take you to get out. And if you're fine being in the "quicksand", then that's alright too. But why use such a long, high-effort and high-quality guide in that case? Not trying to antagonise or anything, just curious if that's indeed the case.
After careful review, I assessed that my mechanics were radiant level, my gamesense was radiant level, and my mental was immortal level. Sadly, all my teammates are are horrendous, so I’m stuck in iron 2.
He's teaching Val like a real teacher. Valorant doesn't seem like a video game anymore, it's so serious, like a subject in school. Bro's bringing up the equations, totally understand.... "r can be increased through caoching, feed back, ...." wtf he yapping about??? Great vid tho, love it.
He's applying real concepts into Valorant, and that's how you know he's absolutely GOATED, because most coaches don't give a flying f about "outlandish" topics like these. But, it's only logical that he talks about them if he's qualified enough to know about these concepts, because some people often aren't aware of what it takes to get good at something, and as a result these people may get "hardstuck" or struggle. Konpeki is actually verbalising precursor-esque topics (which is just crazy good of him) in order to get people to consciously think about whether they wish to make their improvement journey easier or not. Anyone who desires it enough, will therefore take the appropriate steps in order to FIX their mindset. Absolute goat. It is PRECISELY the kind of style of teaching that I support, except personally I don't pull up any graphs when I'm teaching people hahah.
