    Nice job on the fix! I really enjoy seeing these kind of videos from you! Love it when you get adventurous, amigo! lol Personally, I'd love to see you shave that nub down to fix the gap, but it's your call to make. I think that if you did that, it would be the true fix that you desired to achieve from the start, and you'll ultimately be happier with the repair.

      Thanks, Loston!! I think you're right that it'll be a good thing to try out. I might just do it as a YT Short though as I don't think I"ll need a full video for that!

    weeks ago I did the same operation on the left arm of my vault guardsman, initially the movement also blocked due to the size of the screw I used but I cut the screw and managed to adjust the correct size to achieve normal movement.

      Nice! How did you cut the screw? Rotary tool or just a hand tool?

    What screw should i get for my cell shaded symbiote spider-man and where did you cut the screw?

    • @ComicallyToys
      @ComicallyToys  ปีที่แล้ว

      You should be able to use the exact screw I used(link in description) and you shouldn't have to cut it to make it work. If you do want to cut it, then you only would need to cut off the very bottom of it. I hope that helps!

    Something I have noticed on the arms of this particular mold is that the left bicep and shoulder usually have a small gap between the peg for whatever reason

    I’m tryna fix my Ultimate Spider-Man figure’s arm as well, but not sure what screw to use cuz the body mold is much smaller. Scared to try it without knowing what size is a good fit first.

    • @ComicallyToys
      @ComicallyToys  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Have you tried popping off the good arm first to get an idea of how big of a screw you need?

    Hey comically do u think this would work on the X-men 97 wolverine figure cuz this happened to me and I wanna fix it so badly but idk if this will work on him

    • @ComicallyToys
      @ComicallyToys  13 วันที่ผ่านมา +1

      It should! The whole legends line has the same basic engineering so conceptually it should be the same. The only difference might be how big of a peg/nub(the part on the shoulder that connects to the bicep) might be. If you have the same Spider-Man then you could always use hot water to pop off the bicep to compare it to the broken one on your Wolverine to see if it's the same size. If it is then you can use the same screws I linked in the subscription. Otherwise go up or down in size depending on the size. I hope that helps and good luck!

    How were you able to safely remove the other bicep on the non broken arm? I’m trying to do the same so I can get a similar measurement because the other arm of my MCU no way home final swing Spider-Man’s bicep tore off but I wanna do your technique of using the other peg on the non broken arm but I do not want to make the same mistake twice, any tips on how to remove it safely?

      It's really just hot water. I have a whole video about bent/warped figures, but it's all the same: using hot water. th-cam.com/video/KC5y9EYXfME/w-d-xo.html I hope that helps, but for sure let me know if you have more questions.

    Does not work for McF DC figures, their bicep pegs are inverse or some crap.

    • @ComicallyToys
      @ComicallyToys  ปีที่แล้ว

      Interesting. Do you have any broken McF figures? Now I want to track one down to attempt a fix!

    • @privateprivate31337
      @privateprivate31337 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I did and I tried to do this fix but then realized it didn't break like a peg and there wasn't a piece stuck in the lower arm after I drilled and tried to pinch it out. The way it broke was very deceptive. It's actually a reverse peg where the peg is in the lower arm and it plugs to the top bicep. The peg is also hollow so you can't put a screw in it.@@ComicallyToys

    • @ComicallyToys
      @ComicallyToys  ปีที่แล้ว

      Whoa that's interesting. If I can't find a broken figure then maybe I'll have to sacrifice a McF figure to figure out how to fix it!

    • @privateprivate31337
      @privateprivate31337 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I think the engineering for each figure is also different, the one I tried to fix was TDK Heath Joker@@ComicallyToys
