QUALIFICATIONS:
ETEEAP applicants must meet the following qualifications:
• Filipino
• For Bachelor of Arts, and Bachelor of Secondary Education: At least high school
graduate or have PEPT equivalent to first year college
• For Bachelor of Science in Nursing: At least graduate of any Allied Health
Courses (Licensed Practical Nurse, Licensed Vocational Nurse, Midwifery, Med.
Tech., RT) and undergraduate of BSN Programs
• At least five years of work experience (if taking BSN, it must be related to
Nursing practice)
• At least 25 years old
• Able to show evidence of capability and thorough knowledge through the
following evidences:
Certificate of Proficiency issued by the government regulatory board
Certificate of Proficiency issued by the employer/s
Certificate of Proficiency issued by a licensed practitioner in the field.
REQUIREMENTS:
1. Letter of Intent,
2. CHED - ETEEAP Application form with 3 pieces of 1x1 picture
4. Comprehensive Resume (original)
5. Certificate of Employment with job description (with at least 5 years of working experience)
6. Honorable Dismissal and TOR (for undergraduate and for vocational courses;
Form 137-A and Form 138 (for High School Graduate) or
PEPT/ALS Certificate (for those who took the acceleration test, must be DepEd certified true copy)
7. Authenticated Birth Certificate/Affidavit of Birth (photocopy)
8. Marriage Certificate (for female, if married - photocopy)
9. NBI or Barangay clearance (original)
10. 2 valid IDs (photocopy)
11. Government eligibility (if any, photocopy)
12. Proficiency Certificate (if any, photocopy):
• Government Regulatory Board
• Licensed Practitioner in the Field
• Business Registration
13. Recommendation Letter from immediate superior to Undergo ETEEAP (original)
14. Certificate of Good Moral Character (from previous School original)
15. Certificates of Trainings, Seminars and workshops attended (photocopy)

Sana mapansin po. I only have 88 units left from my undergraduate course. I took BS LegMa at JRU. BPO employee for more than 5 yrs na within the same industry. Not sure anong course ang pwede kong itake if I choose ETEEAP

Hindi po. For undergrad lng po un un ETEEAP.

Depende po un sa school e. Ievaluate po un ng school un work experience
Mam tapos na po ba kayo sa eteeap? ask ko lng if 1 year ko lng knuha ang course sa eteeap 1 year lang dn ba magrereflect sa TOR?
Yes po. Last Sept po. For Arellano is 1 year lng po. :) sa TOR lahat po ng subject na tinake mo. Compress po lahat ng subject pngkasya ng 1 year.
How much po ang twition fee
For Arellano po is 60k. :) open na po sila for enrolment. :) take advantage bka mag online pa din sila. :)
