I enjoy any video that's educating me to higher thanking. When I buy the shop next to me I will be setting up a machine shop to be able make my own ideas. Loved the video
A thought. Would suggest pressing the bearings and the assembly’s in “wet” with either zinc chromate or polyamide primer to prevent corrosion from water entrapment and dissimilar metals.
GT500 CFTP springs are 268 F 942 R so your choice in springs with big aero should be close enough to get the job done. Nice components, excellent idea, and would be a great product for the 6th gen Camaro as well.
I recommend putting 3 to 4 .200" "U" shaped slots on the 1.200" bore side to give access to press the spherical bearing out when they eventually wear. Then you can make a "socket" with the 3/4 .1875" dowel pins as a press tool. Especially if you are going to sell these.
In 1 of your videos you mention if a part was added a the out come was better than 10/1 cd. So adding a diffuser would play a big role so scratch that, but what is the spectrum for flat floors of what you've seen? Asking for a friend 😁
Nice upgrade on the lathe! Definitely enjoy the machining videos, keep them coming.

Love these videos as they show what can be possible with easily accessible tools
As a trainee "hobby" machinist, always interested in seeing these sorts of videos. My little lathe is older than you are!

Thumbs up for machining type videos.
Très intéressant 😊

Not sure I follow. The spherical can be pressed out as is.
Hi. Please make a video about how you make matrices (forms) for vacuum infusion🙏🙏🙏

love watching the development of the GT350 would those spherical bushes fit 2017-2019 GT models?
I think so but not 100% sure at the moment.
nice
what are your thoughts on dust seals for these kits?
As a mechanical engineer student this is so intersting ! How did you decided the tolerances ?
Guessed.
Can I get some of these made for a mopar 😂😂😂
