When I cut on the timeline it used to snap back in place when I delete a section now I have to drag the clip together, does anyone know what setting fixes this? thanks

So, I have been using Filmora 10,11,12, now 13. However, I am just doing basic ice hockey training videos. I first make the frame with text and then record each frame by selecting the record screen. But, in version 12, once I started recording and after the 3-second countdown, the recording box moved to the background but it was still there for me to see if I was in the record or pause mode. But now the box is gone, and I can't see if I have started or paused the recording. Now what? Because I make anywhere from 40 to 80 individual training slides, it's a lot of starting and pausing to get to the next slide for me to record my voiceover on each slide.

I would love it, if I could import music into a project and then have markers created from the timing of the music.... it could even be a grid to lock video files into place.

I edit one day, come back the next and most files are missing and need to be relocated one at a time? Very annoying. Also, can no longer Import files from my iPhone which is usually faster than from my Mac. How can I go back to V12???

Hey there! Filmora 13 can be tricky with webcam recording during rendering. Here's a quick fix:
Filmora Settings: Check Preferences > Record, enable webcam recording, choose your cam & lower resolution/frame rate for smoother rendering.
System Resources: Close demanding programs, set Filmora to High priority in Task Manager.
Webcam & Drivers: Disconnect/reconnect webcam, update drivers, ensure no other programs are using it.
Bonus Tip: Try screen recording with Filmora, then crop the webcam section later.
