実海域再現水槽 造波映像 集中波

Title : Actual Sea Model Basin - Generation of a 3-Dimensional Concentrated Wave -
実海域再現水槽は全周に382機の造波装置を設置しており、それぞれの造波装置の動きを細かく制御することで水面上の思い通りの点を盛り上げ、文字や模様を描くことができます。
動画では水面上の一点に波を集中させた「集中波」を描いた様子をご紹介します。

Actual Sea Model Basin has total 382 wave-makers around its all periphery. By finely controlling each segments, we can generate of 3-dimensional concentrated waves at intended point and intended moment. And with applying this technique making image of characters and patterns on water surface is possible. This video demonstrates generation of a large 3-dimensional concentrated wave' at the centre of the basin.
