7:16 there’s another lot trait/challenge that allows you to have professionals show up without getting paid I believe. You just have to make sure your housing doors are locked to only family members as the setting is applied to all doors and not just the door to the “cafe/bar” 😊

I use my own gshade preset. I'll be releasing it once I perfect it :) I also use no blu, no glo and better in game lighting by northern siberia winds. Hopefully this helps!

Most of these mods could never run on my poor laptop but I’m definitely going to try
The sims 4 has a laptop mode. Also, keeping my mods to a minimum helped me when I has using an older device.
