Sounds Great! I would've loved to hear this thing in Hi-Lo. I came here a week prior to this recording to film this 3T22 for a noon blast, which was successful!
3t22 getting rep in the spirit of confusion
The fact that it takes SO LONG to wind down just goes to show how GOOD those bearings are! I'm even willing to believe that the motor is brushless 3-phase like most were made to be.
Omg IT DID ALTERNATE WAIL
Nice! It isn’t every often that you hear these things doing a proper HiLo
THIS IS AMAZING! Such a beautiful sound.
This thing sounds HEAVENLY.
Wow, Fire sounds great on this 3T22!
U can see the damper at the bottom moving that looks sick

i love the camera angle
Nice pitch it has!
finally A 3T22 doing alternate wail (sort of) btw are damper cam are becoming the new norm?
The solenoid test during the wind down is running the AF timer alternate wail signal. Damper cams seem to becoming more common.
@@Midwest_Sirens not really though because I don't really see a lot of videos with damper cam videos but however due to this 3t22 being an early 3t22 model it has an
Af timer which mean this 3t22 dampers would be capable of doing hi lo manually just like what they did to the super banshee means it's not only capable of doing hi lo manually but capable of doing alternate wail manually what this means if someone decided to come back for it's next weekly test and ask them test the dampers again and do attack three times while the dampers are active to the rundown then we make some history that's probably should have been done decades ago think of it
@@VonnaWasser correct, however we were preforming a service call on this siren which is the reason we were able to test the dampers. The fire department does not know how to test the dampers and would probably not approve a request like that. The AF timer is also disconnected other than the dampers and the siren is not able to be ran in attack without someone manually pushing in the contactor.
@@Midwest_Sirens (late reply) oh yeah by the way the most coincidental thing I noticed that it's the same siren from 5 years ago and it's in September except it's not on the 22nd
@@Midwest_SirensSo it wasnt manual?

Thought this was getting replaced
Cousin of aca hurricane I’m guessing lol
Why can’t they make the 3t22 do the alternate wail
0"50
Ok
Já
Why was that hi lo so short
It's a noon blast.
oh ok
A siren head?
It's a siren, not siren head.
Not actually, but Siren Head can mimic basically any siren model there is. Thunderbolt, Penetrator-50, you name it
