There were micro cracks in the rotor that went undetected, and the centrifugal force from the rotor spinning causes those cracks to expand to the point it welded itself to the stator.

P-50 was being a b**ch in TSM. Called other sirens names, and also kept calling allertor a toilet. That's how he deserves in reality if he f**k with the other sirens.
