"This is how America used to be." You got that right. I'm old enough to remember what it was like before the drugs got going. The change has been catastrophic and in an amazingly short time.
You must be old enough to remember a time before the internet. I remember reading the local newspaper. Very little was going on in my tiny community. Now we read news from around the world the moment it happens.
I grew up in the 1960's when the Mary Jane craze and anti vietnam movement was going on , but now much of America is like south of the border . In 10 years you won't know much of Texas from Mexico. When all the money goes to the top this is the result. Pre Reagan the rich paid 70 income tax , so what did they do they invested to avoid taxes. The party is over for this country and Stump has no answers other than to fill his pockets.
I am 52 and I remember getting local news for 30 minutes and world news for 30 minutes and with commercials. Then again at 10 pm. Local was pretty boring. Yes before internet and Google and life was simpler. It is a tragedy what has happened to most of our big cities. All big cities have had sketchy areas but nothing like it is now
@Denise_2262 That's true, but the population is probably doubled since the 70s, and a lot of people make their problems our problems. More people equals more problems. If I had to guess, I would say poor people have more kids than people who are well off or financially stable. The problem gets multipled.

per AI: Huckleberries are primarily considered impossible to grow commercially because they are very difficult to domesticate, preferring specific wild environments with acidic soil, partial shade, and high elevations, making it challenging to replicate those conditions on a large scale; additionally, they spread through rhizomes, making transplanting difficult and often resulting in poor fruit production when attempting to cultivate them in a farm setting.
This is just what happens when you close down all the Asylum’s . Second problem is certain cities decide not to enforce the laws on the books ! Has always been vagrant laws !
It’s wild some of these places are in the richest country in the world. I sound like my parents but life the country seemed much better when I was growing up in the 80’s and 90’s.
Nick, I went to Kensington yesterday for the first time in Philly and it was the absolute worst place i’ve ever seen! Nothing in America can compare to Kensington, not even Skid Row! I saw over a hundred drug addicted zombies, crumbling infrastructure, trash everywhere, people passed out on the side of the street, and drug dealers staring me down. I took a few videos on my phone and some guy was yelling “he’s filming” and followed me on his bike. Luckily I was in a rental as he started filming me and following me. It was the most depressing place ever, I felt deeply disturbed knowing people actually live there. I didn’t have time to see Camden
Tough guy Appalachians are both some of the most irritating people to deal with but also some of the saddest. They are always out to pick a fight; no one messes with them, they're the law out in these parts, don't you dare disrespect them, on and on. They bank on ordinary people backing down rather than making a big scene, and because of that most of them have never actually punched it out with someone. When that fight finally comes, however, they lose nearly every time.
Nick, I’m in South Carolina. You must come to my house to film! I promise you, you’d get the story!!😊 If you saw some of the workers here, you would trip! I guess it’s Everywhere!!!! Cali really looks like their at the end of the world!! Wow!
Wallace, Idaho!! I was there in 1999, driving through! I loved it! The diner and the old gas station. I loved the pastel homes. Anyway, the backstory of this town is pretty awesome. There was a fire that raged through the area in the early 1900’s. It burnt everything around the town, but the town of Wallace was spared. I’m glad, finally, someone else has heard of the place!
that's not true. you do know we are on a negative population decline? do you know you could fit all the people in the world in Texas? im not talking side by side like sardines either. overpopulation is a complete and total myth. dont believe me, look it up.

The end of this video was nice. Kids riding horses in speed events. Gotta love it.
I want to go to Huckleberryland
its such a good thing we give billions of dollars to other countries
True, cuz Zelinsky needs to layoff the Lamborghinis. How big of an exotic car collection does one need?
