Today, I am working outside to clean up the yard for fall. I am winterizing our I ground pool. We are planting new bushes in the yard to improve the landscaping. I am putting away the summer decor. Plus, decorating a little outside Fall Decor. I hope this video motivates you to get up and deep clean with me .I am a busy stay at home working mama of three kids. It flew by so fast! It's rained most of the week here so it was perfect timing to get the summer decor put away. I still need to put away the cabana stuff and winterize the pipes out there.

Hi! I have cut my liripe back, then dig up and divide. Then you could put small parts along the edge to fill in. Looks great!
I think that's what I'll do so it fills in better around the edges.

I like your little side garden vs the pond. I too wish I could do my chores at 8X regular speed. The side entrance looks so pretty after a quick clean up and with your autumn decor.
Your deck looks like such a wonderful spot to hang out. Very inviting! My outside lights are such a favorite place for spiders. I have to clean them all the time. I think the leaf blower causes debris to get caught in the webs 🤷♀️
Sad to see the pool go to bed for the winter. I hope the new "curbing" keeps the gross worms out.

Big boy Malcolm has a handle on riding his trike, it’s often difficult for little, I mean big three year old kiddos to get the hang of it.
@lolaottinger3038 it's taken him quite a while to really get it down but now there's no stopping him. He makes me nervous so close to the pool though.

I love fall I'm really looking foward to the cooler weather .. apple n pumpkin picking getting fresh cider n cider donuts( delish) I'm not pushing it for you but i hope you decorate for Halloween also enjoy your decor i started mine a bit early this yr on the inside outside i just have a couple of things but the 1st of oct will put outdoors decor lol didnt mean to write this much but hope all is well n see ya at the next one💜💜

If you have a spot with lots of sun check out Verbena. I once planted three pots around 7 inches tall. For a while they just bided their time then suddenly those three plants filled a 12’X 3’ flower bed, and one day while I was working in my office I saw a neighbor walk up to my house, got a closer look at the flowers and turned her head back towards her house where some of her friends were and
shouted VERBENA! Mine was purple and before that I had not been a fan of verbena. It maybe not be hardy for your area, but if it is
it’s awesome. I miss having nice landscaping like we had in California.

Hi Jessie. What is the tool called your husband was using to cut the stump? I'm ready to get rid of some shrubs that died over the summer, so it would make the chore easier. Hopefully. Lol.
He was using his Sawzaw with a wood blade on it. A reciprocating saw. It did the job even though it took a little while.
We get worms even with the water bags.
We probably will too. I think it's just the area we are in. We were getting them already this fall when it started raining a lot. We were scooping them out the bottom.

We usually close it up after Labor Day. It gets too chilly and people are too busy for the pool.

@debbiejohnson1796 yes it will! I've managed to keep up with it so far but man if I skip a week it's a jungle out there 🤣 I'd like it to border the garden bed and this year I'm going to plant some bulbs to fill in some empty spaces.
