Edit: There are two template files in that link. Both of the templates are the same general shape of the arm, but the new version should be better to print if you had issues with white borders showing up. The new version also has some detail lines that I added if you want to use them! The detail lines are not perfect, but it should give you a decent starting point if you need it!

I'm just having a little problem, if you can help me ... it turns out that I'm horrible at drawing, and I'm wanting to make the arm, but I can't make the relief marks, can you find a way to post another pattern with the prints ?? thank you very much, even if it is not possible, I loved it !!
@@brucewayne7345 Thank you! I was actually thinking about drawing in those detailed lines on the pattern, because I figured it might be difficult for some. I will see what I can do about adding those. It will probably be a couple days before I can get to it.

Hi! What a great video, this is something I defenitly wanna try out. I just have a little question. This is my first time doing something like this (crafting with foam) and I have some trouble with knowing the measures for the arm/your templates. I don't know how I have to print them to make sure they are the right size. Could you maybe help me out? :)

Hi! I just added a new link to the description for the 4mm foam and I think 1 sheet of that should be good. To be honest, the best way would be to cut out the template to the size you need, and lay it out to see exactly how much you need.

Awesome built man. It looks so comfortable and easy to build. Can i use cardboard instead of eva foam?
Some people have made it with cardboard! It definitely is easier and I think looks better with foam, but if you have experience with cardboard, it can still turn out okay.
Well I learned a couple things today. 1: I should stop getting ahead of myself. And 2: WATCH THE VIDEO WHILE YOU MAKE THIS. so instead of taping the templates together... I individually cut every foam piece then realized I made a boo boo. 😓 lesson learned. It all still worked out, just alot of extra gluing🤦♀️🤦♀️😡 mad at myself

I used the template and I am really lost. I can't imagine how the puzzle pieces line up to make an arm.

If I use your templates to build it will I need to change the size of them or will it fit me straight away?
It will really depend on your height and how big your arm is. The size I made it for is pretty much for a standard male adult height/size. If you’re younger/smaller, it may be better to scale it down.

I see you've made a new template! It looks really good! Which one should I use, the original or the new one?
So both templates have the same overall shape, but the new one I posted should be easier to print (don't have to worry about the white borders) and I drew on some of the detail lines. It's up to you which one you want to use!

Prop can u help me as I can't order the eva foam as I am from India😭and also plss tell me that is the contact cement is necessary for the eva foam, can't I use hot glue.
I have seen some people try my template with cardboard and it still looks pretty nice! Give it a try. And you can use hot glue instead of contact cement.

The first image is just a photo so you can see how they all go together. The other two templates will give you the same shape for the arm, but I added some details to the last one if you want to use them! If you want to draw your own details, you can use the second file.

On a side note: Is it a one size fits all? I am 6ft4 and would imagine this might run a little too short for me and might possibly be too tight too. :S
