Have you tried reset the phone? You can connect it to the computer and see if iTunes or Finder can detect your phone.

People still don’t seem to know the difference between soft reset/hard reset. Soft reset is the button method that doesn’t affect data loss
Hard reset refers to factory resetting. That’s why it’s called hard reset because it’s a wipe of your system

I have a problem in my iphone 8 that while charging it only shows the apple logo just and then shows the battery level into red and never opens it 🙁Can you give me any suggestion whats the problem? If it is boot loop or any software problem also my sister dropped it many times, the back glass is shattered. i have even did hard reset it doesn't works(means nothing happens) Can you give any feedback please😢

I currently have 12% and I’ve tried everything. I googled, cleaned the charging thingy. Changed the charging cable multiple times and even turned on and off my phone completely. It won’t charge still, what am I supposed to do now?
Charge your phone more than 3 hours and then update your phone with a computer.
i dont know why but its not working and its cracked on the bottom of the charging port and the charging port is clean but not working any other tips that can help??

My brothers ip 8+ doesnt want to charge anymore and we was thinkin this phone is just dead. After properly cleaning of charging port it's seems to work again, u don't want to belive me but it was some dust that got a rock consistency and it was hard to pull it out. Keep ur charging port clean ppl !

Do you do forced restart correctly? Quick press the Volume up, Volume down, and then keep holding the Power button until you see Apple logo.
Mine will show the Apple logo for a few seconds and then cut off when I force restart

ive had one sitting in my drawer for a few years planning to fix it and never was able to figure out what's wrong with it.
it wont turn on at all, no apple screen, no dead battery screen, nothing. it feels like theres so many possible things it could be and im not sure how to fully narrow it down. any feedback would be greatly appreciated

Non of these worked i look at multiple videos and they don't help i really miss my phone it's been like this since 2022 July and I'm really sad it has all my memories and my mom keeps saying she'll take it to get repaired but she hasn't:(

your best no-charge advice is to hard reset? Seriously?
