Hi Carrie, these are great suggestions. I'm especially interested in the standing desks and the desk treadmill. As an autistic man, one of my "stims" is to do a lot of my brain/sensory processing while I'm walking or pacing, so having a treadmill while working or reading work-related things sounds great. And staying mobile and getting in movement whenever you can is so important. So glad you already did the research and shared your recommendations!
@@Imagination_lives If I may offer this: my first walking pad did not have a pause function and would dead stop at 60 minutes. I now have one that can be paused, turns off at 100 minutes and has a 2 position incline. I can’t walk much faster than 2.0 when working at my standing desk. Good luck!! 😀
I'm going to be switching to unflavored whey protein so that I can use it in cooking. I want to try the one Autumn Bates ( a great TH-camr to follow for health advice) created. I'm so excited to try a standing desk!! Anything to keep me from having to sit!!

I find walking and pacing to be so helpful to my creative process. Anything to help us to be our best selves is a bonus in my book!!
